"Good night Rose. You too."

He waved a bit as she left. As soon as the door closed and she was assuredly out of earshot, he turned to Casey with a very confused and somewhat distressed look on his face.

"Okay...that was weird right?"

E-Eary?

"Yeah, it was, you're right. Um. What just happened?"

She just...stares at him. She's a bunny, John, and she's two weeks old on top of that. She has no idea what any of that was.

"What? Don't look at me like that, it's a legitimate question! Man..."

Once more, he pushes his bangs back and exhales, his other hand finding the top of Casey's head and scratching her behind the ears. He was definitely feeling a lot of what could only be described as -stuff- right now. Too bad he couldn't make any sense of it, he was sure trying though.

Casey made a happy little noise at the ear scratches, enjoying them for a moment before looking up at her daddy master. She gave the Buneary equivalent of a giggle, he was just really so very silly. But hopefully, hopefully he'd figure everything out because Casey was absolutely convinced that Rose would be the very best mommy second master.
