4th Act
Who: Everyone involved in Joker's circus!
Where: Goldenrod
When: Throughout March 16th
Summary: Time for some good ol' fashion practice! And perhaps the first time plenty of folks will meet their coworkers.
Rating: PG at worst
Log:
A lot of work has been put into this day. Warning's been given, transportation has been worked out, and a space has been found! All of those who've been roped into Joker's circus one way or another have been sent directions and an address to a very large warehouse in the city. Inside?
A circus performer's paradise.
There's some acrobatic things way high up and a tightrope all prepared. (A safety net should assuage anyone's worries, hopefully.) Plenty of weights in all sizes are in one corner. Another has some hoops and balls. Basically if you can imagine it, then it's probably around here somewhere and there's enough space for all sorts of people and Pokemon to practice together.
Since the ringleader of the circus is also fairly considerate, there's a table set up close to the entrance people will be going through. It's a pretty long one, every inch of it covered in various fruits, snacks, and sandwiches. There are some large tubs filled with ice cold water bottles too.
So get to practicing, everyone! And don't be afraid to go check out your coworkers or their Pokemon, either. Your ringleader can't be the only one getting in everyone's business.

Besides my heart still pounding in my chest and afraid to move in this awkward position - FINE!
What the FIDDLE STICKS where you doing tossing knives around like that anyways?
no subject
'Sides, I was practicin'. Ya kinda... ended up in the way. I had a target set up an' everythin'.

[Denzel examines the awkward situation before moving his legs like rubber or double-jointed over the knife in the wall.]
Sorry! [Opps, he really didn't mean to get mad at you.]
Suppose that’s what I get for working with a ladder. [Crocker remarks bitterly.]
[There's a pause.] How is the practicing going?
no subject
[His 'team' comes calling when he gives a loud whistle- a group of five unown who are all chattering amongst themselves like a bunch of chatty hens.]
As for practice, with me, could be better. My best knife thrower's still in England. I ain't much a substitute, I'm afraid.

What the-
EDGAD! I thought so! I thought they did exist!
[Even if books tend to say that they don’t. Now the man just wants to spend the rest of the day studying these Pokemon as the man stares in ahhh at them.]
Huh? What about a knife? Oh, right! [That one is still in the wall and Crocker attempts to pull it out with just his hands no luck and then presses his feet up against the wall near the knife and pulls]
AH - [Needless to say that goes flying by mistake off somewhere.] Oppps.
[His attention go back to the Unknown.] So how exactly are those suppose to help?
no subject
[Good thing his Pokemon are... mostly responsible. Joker gets up himself and grins up at the floating letter Pokemon.]
They're psychic types. Odd things tend ta happen near 'em, and we've figured out a way ta make it work for the better a the circus.

[Crocker looks at the Unknown and back at Joker and back at the Unknown. Hopefully with them being Psychic Type Pokemon and someone's crazy.]
no subject
[The J-Unown makes an affronted noise.]
But I've found that when they have another Psychic type guidin' 'em, it's a bit more controlled and whatnot. Could probably do somethin' really grand if ya had a whole bunch, or that's what I've heard, but just the five a 'em will do. They're gonna be actin' as our safety net durin' the real shows.
no subject
[Denzel eyes J-Unown as well. He'll be watching you UnOwn. However outside of that Crocker is going to observe them closely because how often do you get a chance to look at 'not real' Pokemon.]
How did you manage to find them?
Ah- I see.

What ones, exactly?

[Denzel pauses for a moment maybe he didn't explain.]
You see when I first 'appeared' here I was in Goldenrod City and haven't explored for various reasons... [Crocker laughs a bit nervously as he thinks about that old Wanted Poster he took down on the way to the restaurant with Joker.]

Maybe we can all stop there for a bit, then, sometime. I have plans after the circus is set up ta go visit Ecruteak and maybe Olivine, so it might not be for a while, but still.
no subject
Wait - what?! You mean we're traveling this monstrosity?!.. No offense. Around Jotho?!
[Not that he minds per say he just didn't know that's what circus's did.]
no subject
But when we aren't havin' the big shows, I mean. We ain't gonna be havin' 'em every single day.
no subject
Oh, I see. FAIRIES!
[There's that slight body twitch.] I'll take you up on that offer than, yes. To the Ruins and Ecruteak City.
no subject
...Ya always gonna have that reaction when I laugh?
no subject
...Old habit I suppose. [Which that really is, he's not use to people not laughing at him but just laughing for the heck of it.]

The apology is appreciated and I'm sor - I'M NOT A JOKE!
[The word 'funny' is a poor word choice.]

[Before another pause of thought.]
I don't believe you told me why you do laugh.
