Who: Anyone in
route_29!
Where: Standing in front of your PC!
When: The Week of September 21 through 27
Summary: A mod-hosted venue for players to thread out trades of Gen VI Pokemon!
Rating: G unless otherwise specified (so please specify if necessary)!
Log:

HOW TO USE THIS LOG:
• We've provided seven headers, one for each day, swarm, and location!
• Characters currently in the area who are offering to send out swarm Pokemon on that day should respond to that header with offers/an IC starter of choice/etc!
• Characters who have incorporated an offer to send out Pokemon in one of their own posts are also invited to link to their posts on this log if they so desire!
• Characters looking for swarm Pokemon respond to available starters and thread from there!
• Threads completed on this log do count towards AC, provided they meet our usual standards!
• Please try to keep threads reasonably on-topic; while we're in no way discouraging characters from making friends and building CR on this log, please utilize network posts or IC inboxes for threads purely relating to general gameplay conversations.
• For general information about the swarm plot, check here!
• For this week's swarm calendar, check here!
• For moderator questions about the swarm plot, check here!
• IMPORTANT REMINDER! THE FIRST EARTH TREMOR IS SET TO HIT SEPTEMBER 23!

that's cute.]
I'd need more time and study to really be able to qualify our newcomers, but... those certainly are endearing.
[how do they exist]
Well, it couldn't hurt to have an interesting new Grass type, even if I have absolutely no idea how well they'll fight...

Aesthetically-speaking, you cannot deny that they are well above the rest. Those scented birds come close, but these are still in a different league of beauty.
That said, I had a feeling you would be interested, Kayneth. In fact, I intended to send you one if you didn't respond to this post.
[He's so thoughtful!]
But this way you get to select your own color. Any stand-outs?

[...he has said too much, actually, TIME TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT]
And really, you know me too well. I'd say blue for fairly obvious reasons --- color coordination is important, after all.

[He wouldn't go so far as to call it endearing, but Kayneth has always been more of a Ghost fan.
He nods, crouching to pick up a blue one. When he's back, he holds it out in front of the 'Gear. It's quite small, neatly fitting in Dist's palm. The little creature holding onto it curiously gazes into the 'Gear as Dist talks.]
If you have a choice in the matter, then why not? Now, I obviously can't give you much information as far as name, type and moves go, but it should be a given for it to be Grass type. We'll have to share our findings as we train them.
no subject
[...which is another cute thing, oh no]
Anyway, I'm certain with enough experimentation, we can find out fairly soon. I suspect if they're any good, they'll be more on the special end of things, although I'm a bit concerned being Tackled will have... somewhat disastrous results.

[The scientists of the Pokeworld aren't going to be bored for ages with all these new Pokemon showing up.
...Also Kayneth why would you bring up that possibility.]
Ah...yes, I would recommend not using Tackle on them, or any sort of physically-intensive move for that matter. Should it happen though, we'll have to hope they have good enough evasion...
no subject
[DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE IT'S CUTE]
Well, I haven't heard about anyone having some sort of a horrible accident involving their Joltik, so perhaps it isn't really that much of a problem...?
no subject
[So closer to a large size.]
True. Sometimes Pokemon are more durable than we give them credit for. Regardless, I look forward to seeing how yours turns out. Perhaps it changes depending on its color, for instance...
no subject
[...he doesn't feel like converting metric to imperial right now so he'll leave it at that]
The worst that would happen would be it fainting, I imagine, but yes. There's a possibility the colors could just be aesthetic, but we don't know without comparing them, do we?
