HOW TO USE THIS LOG:

• We've provided three headers, one for each day, swarm, and location!

• Characters currently in the area who are offering to send out swarm Pokemon on that day should respond to that header with offers/an IC starter of choice/etc!

• Characters who have incorporated an offer to send out Pokemon in one of their own posts are also invited to link to their posts on this log if they so desire!

• Characters looking for swarm Pokemon respond to available starters and thread from there!

I think they like you... but I wouldn't mind taking one off your hands for you.

[ A frown though. ]

I don't think the nervousness is just the swords though... some of mine have been a little more on edge than usual.

Ah, I'm not sure if 'like' is the right word...but I'll send you one, sure!

[Al frowns as well.] They have? I guess mine were a little more clingy, now that I think about it...I wonder if something happened that they picked up on. Animals can sometimes sense big storms and such approaching...

That's something I was thinking about.

[ Oh hey... idea. ]

...Suddenly the swarms make more sense. If these pokemon started swarming because they were trying to escape from something, their trying to escape an earthquake doesn't seem too far fetched.

It might be...especially if wherever they'd been before had been hidden until now, somehow. Though if they're fleeing where they were, that might have some significant effect on the landscape if their previous home is being destroyed.

It might be... but then, if there was something as big as that, we might have heard something about it on the news.

[ Curiouser and curiouser. ]

Right now, the only educated guess I can make is that these Pokemon came from the same region the goomies did given the way we don't seem to have anything on them in the Pokedex.

You'd think, yeah. Unless there was some pressing reason to keep the incident covered up--but with how anyone with a strong enough Pokemon can just fly around anywhere, I don't see how you could keep that hidden for very long.

[Al blinks a few times, rather confused.] The Goomies? I'm guessing they showed up in a similar way to all these Pokemon have been?

I guess you weren't around for them.

[ He'll pause a moment, lightly fingering a pokeball he has on hand before tossing it out and revealing what looks to be a squishy confused pile of sentient goo. ]

They kind of showed up all of a sudden and we didn't have any information on them until recently. I figured they were from a different region.

[armoredsoul]

[Al eyes the little ball of gloop on the screen, frowning a bit.] Yeah, that's a lot like what's happening now. Did we get the information from someone in the other regions?

We eventually got some information on them.

[ There's a sigh though, a resigned sigh at that as the goomy decides to sludge itself onto his arm. ]

But for a while, they were exactly like these new pokemon: no pokedex information. Not even a name or a type listing.

Hopefully the same will happen with the rest of these, then. I don't train my Pokemon as much as other people do, but it must be frustrating finding all these new species and not knowing what they can do.

[He can't help a small chuckle as the Goomy oozes onto Yukio's arm, but he is polite enough to try and stifle it, at least.]

I've been keeping some members of my party trained since we're taking on gym leaders... but I have to admit, my reason for taking in some of them was mostly out of curiosity. I was hoping they'd help us understand the situation we're in.
