[It's hard not to notice a ponyta in the distance given their nature of being perpetually bright and covered in flames, but the person(?) standing with it sure is...new. Jimmy's reaction to seeing Wander isn't one of concern at all, though. He loves it when these weekends happen when people show up from worlds all over. It means he can hopefully see his friends again, as well as meet folks from other places. Particularly nonhumans.

Speaking of...

Jimmy comes trotting up with a smile and a wave, his Manectric following close behind as usual.]

Hey there! Is that Ponyta yours?

[HE HOPES SO or you're going to be in for a Bad Time.]

Eh! [Wander jumps up to grab onto the Ponyta's back and climb up, but she turns away from from him, and he slides onto the ground again. She probably understands that fur + fire = bad times.] Well, aren't you a stubborn one! How about we walk a bit, huh?

[Footsteps on the grass alerts Wander, and he turns to great the new friend.]

Well, hi! [He waves at both Jimmy and the Manectric] I just arrived on your planet, and must I say it's wonderful. See, this nice lady here [he means the Ponyta] just showed up and followed me around, so I thought she was bein' a polite tour guide, but I won't say she's mine.

...Why d'you ask, is she supposed to be a pet?

Well...sortof! More like a companion, really. But if she showed up with you and is stayin' around, then that means she's prolly yours! Just like how Leader here is mine.

[He says, jerking a thumb over his shoulder to gesture to the electric type.

Oh gosh, now that he's actually over here...Wander's a lot shorter than he realized. He crouches down and offers him his hand with a wide, gap-toothed grin.]

My name's Jimmy Two-Shoes! Lotsa people have shown up from all over, but that happens sometimes. What's yours?

Well, gosh! I didn't you you got a free friend when you showed up here!

[That sounds like the most awesome idea ever!] This place already's startin' to sound like the best place ever!

Howdy, Jimmy. Call me Wander! [He sticks an arm up. You are a very tall human, and he's even standing on his toes for his hand to get close enough to Jimmy's.]

Nice t'meet'cha, Wander! It's pretty great! I've been living here for almost two years, now.

[Jimmy shakes his hand heartily before turning his attention back to Wander's Ponyta.]

Might wanna be careful about riding her at first. Those flames can be nasty if she isn't ready to be ridden, but if she is then you won't have to worry about getting burned.

Wow, you moved here two years ago? That's sounds amazin'!

[Everything is amazing in his point of view. Come one, what's not great about hanging' out with your buddies in the beautiful countryside, traveling from city to city?]

Oh, I'm not worried about that. I was only worried she was too spooked to let me ride her, that's all. [Buuut he may have forgotten about the fire at the time. The prospect of riding a horse pushed everything else out of this mind.]

Your friend there also showed up when you first came?

He sure did! He was a lot smaller back then, though.

[A lot greener, too. Jimmy reaches back to pet his partner's head, earning his hands a few gentle licks in return.]
