With what Sugata had said before, it would take a lot more than what was stated to stop Takuto from following. Not only that, but his stomach was feeling particularly empty so he had been side-eyeing the bag of snacks that his friend was carrying the entire time. Unlike him, Sugata probably had everything he could ever think of and beyond covered.

"Not bad." He knew him for less than a week, so there wasn't much else to say besides the obvious. "He's kind of like the Vice President back at home." He added the last part with a hint of warmth after a momentary pause. It was difficult not to be fond of him because of that, along with the fact that he was just as adorable.
