It had taken determination, ingenuity, a Macgyvered umbrella, and an utter disregard for personal safety, but Peter had in fact made it to Violet City's Pokémon Center.
This was of course fairly obvious to those who were paying attention, and to some who weren't, as he threw open the doors, shouted "I made it! I'm alive!" and then proceeded to slip and fall straight on his ass.
