When: New Years Eve until... whenever you stop partying.

Rating: Well, that depends. There is alcohol involved? I'm going to be away for the weekend too, so I'll say PG-13 but BROWSE AT YOUR OWN RISK UNTIL I GET BACK and I can edit the rating here. Especially in the games area...

[Needless to say, New Years Eve was the party night, and it was always a night America NEVER failed to have a party. He didn't really care all that much if people didn't want one either. Goldenrod especially was getting all decorated for the night, with tables pulled together outside with alcohol boxed up. It's requested people bring their own too, as he isn't rich yet but he's put some money into this. There are streamers everywhere too.

Actually, there would have been a mini announcement a few days ago, asking people in other areas to set up a party too, so this isn't only a Goldenrod thing.

In other words, prepare for the BIGGEST PARTY EVER.

America, himself, will be in the middle of it all, with a megaphone and yelling at the top of his lungs to get everyone to join in. There's no way no one will have heard about this.

[While other fireworks are going off in different cities, China himself is in Goldenrod, setting them up. Once he has carefully arranged all the fireworks in place, he lights up the first one and takes a few steps back. It shoots up into the sky with a shrill sound before bursting into a wonderful display of colors.

As time goes by, people may notice some make specific shapes. The face of a panda (http://i815.photobucket.com/albums/zz77/Kichiku_album/por/chinacopy.jpg), a pikachu head (along with various other Pokemon), a star.

Feel free to go up and talk to him, just don't get too close to the fireworks...]

[While China had been setting everything up, America had been... drinking. A lot. It wasn't really intentional, but he does drift a little too close for comfort to the fireworks as he makes stumbles his way over.]

Hey Yao! [Yup. Still drinking as he watches the first fireworks go off in awe. There's a reason why he asked him specifically to make them.]

Woah. [That's why he doesn't really get the most... educated greeting ...yet.]

Ah, Měi- [Then he sees how close the other is to the fireworks.] Aiyaa!

[He grabs him by the arm and yanks him to a safe distance.] Don't get too close! You could catch fire, aru!

[There's a brief moment where the world seems to tip and America almost... topples over from how he's yanked away. Any other time and he would have recovered splendidly, as it was at the moment though, he almost tripped up over himself.]

Nah, I'm fine! Really!

[He's anything but, but at least he's a nice safe distance away now.]

Y'know, one day you should teach me how to do these, they look amazing.
