Kimblee froze a bit at that response; it was the exact same thing he would have said in this sort of situation, had their roles been reversed, down to the wording. Surely Isaac hadn't put that much stock in what he'd said back in Ishval? He'd been aware that the man had liked him quite a bit back then, but to that extent...?

...well! It was incredibly flattering either way, wasn't it? To say nothing of a nice stroking of his ego; he certainly wasn't going to complain.
