Summary: A band of friends puts on Snow White for the Kimono Girls.

In Ecruteak, a miniature stage has been constructed with curtains sowed together from old dresses proudly displayed on front. There some obvious nails sticking out from the wood, and some tears in the curtains, but clearly everything has been done with 100% effort. There’s some rustling and hushed talking behind the curtain, and then it goes quiet. The curtains part only slightly, just so Minnie Mouse can step forward, dressed in a nearly blindingly pink kimono in honor of the Girls. She curtseys, holding up one of the scripts.

[Minnie] Thank you for coming to see our little show! We hope you all have a good time and enjoy our story. We did this for the Kimono Girls here in Ecruteak… If you want to help them, please send what money you can afford to spare, so they can get their injuries properly treated and their beloved theater restored. To thank them for their good spirits and beautiful dancing, we put on this show of true love and friendship. We present… ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!’

Minnie then walks to the furthest left of the stage and clears her throat in the prettiest way she can.

[Minnie] Once upon a time, there was a King and Queen in a beautiful kingdom…

The curtains open, but a thick white screen is on stage, only showing shadows of Pokemon, a male Charizard and a female Magmar, behind it. They’re wearing crowns, so that has to be the royals she’s talking about. off-stage, Luke is quietly giving them orders to follow. The Pokemon seem a little disgruntled to be doing this, but obey without too much complaint.

[Minnie] Though they were happy, they longed to have a child. One day, the Queen wished with all of her heart for a daughter with lips as red as blood, hair as black as night, and skin as white as snow. Because they felt this wish so deeply and lovingly, it was granted!

Luke visibly tosses a bundled up Zorua into the arms of the shadow-players. There’s some growling, but it quickly settles down. Magmar clears her throat, rocking the fake baby.

[Minnie] She was everything they had wanted, and so named her Snow White. Sadly, the Queen passed away when her daughter was still a child.

The ‘Queen’ Magmar’s shadow visibly gags, the drama queen, and falls over, tossing the 'baby' up in the air. Charizard stumbles to catch it, and is bitten for the try. More growling occurs, and Luke whistles to get the Pokemon off stage in a hurry.

[Minnie] The King felt his daughter needed a mother to watch over her, so he quickly remarried another woman. Unfortunately, he died before the true nature of his new wife was revealed.

The curtains close, and the screen is removed. When it reopens, Twilight Sparkle dressed as the Evil Queen manically cackles, hands on her hips, center stage. The background is that of the interior of a castle - all the background scenes are interchangeable and look to have been hand painted. To the left is a cardboard cutout of a mirror with Asura’s very unhappy head right in the middle.

[Twilight] Behold, it is I, your beloved Queen! This entire kingdom is mine! And why shouldn’t it be, for I, the Queen, am the fairest of them all! But! That terrible Snow White… [She grumbles, and begins to pace.] I’ve made her dress in rags, I’ve demoted her to a lowly servant, yet every day she smiles so prettily… how dare she think she could even try to be prettier than me, the Queen! Well, it won’t happen! I, the queen, am the fairest of them all! I’ll prove it! [She storms off to the left of the stage.] I’ll consult my Magic Mirror!

[Asura] Why am I doing this again…

[Twilight] [clears throat] Mirror Mirror, on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?

[Asura] Stupid question, nobody is – [Someone from backstage smacks him on the back.] Urgh… It is true, Queen, that you used to be the fairest. But someone fairer than you is here.

[Twilight] [Horrific gasp!] Someone fairer than me, the Queen?! That can’t be! It’s scientifically and magically impossible! Who is it?

[Asura] Lips as red as blood, hair as black as night, skin as white as snow... take a guess, stupid.

[Twilight] … Snow White!

[Asura] Of course, you moron, who else – [Smacked again!]

[Minnie] It was true, for despite all the hardships that the evil queen put Snow White through, she was not only beautiful on the outside, her inner beauty was unmatched. She was kind to everyone, even her step-mother, and never complained about how she was treated. That very same day, she didn’t suspect the jealous tantrum her step-mother was throwing.

As Minnie talked, the background image had been turned around, and now was the outside of the castle. Twilight and Asura were hidden off to a side, and then Lacus, wearing a black wig and ratty clothes, hums as she walks onto the stage carrying a bucket of water and a rag. She then kneels down, pretending to wash the ground.

[Lacus] Oh, what a lovely day it is. I’m so blessed to see such a perfect day. Still, I do wish, with all my heart, to find true love. If I could find that, then surely I would want for nothing more. [She gets up, and begins twirling around and singing.]

I'm wishing for the one I love
To find me today
I'm hoping
And I'm dreaming of
The nice things he'll say

[Minnie] It just so happened that same day, a wandering prince was in the kingdom. He heard her song, and was determined to find who it belonged to.

On stage walks… a girl. Saber, dressed up as a high and mighty prince, but after a few seconds on stage, she over-dramatically clutches her heart. Lacus doesn’t see ‘him’ just yet, continuing to sing the same words.

[Saber] I didn’t know that I would find such a beautiful maiden! What is this feeling overcoming my heart? Could it be… love? I… I must confess to her! [She reaches out, and begins to sing as well.]

[Lacus] [gasps, visibly startled] Oh, my…! Who are you?

[Saber] Ah…! Please, don’t be frightened! [She gets down on one knee.] I am a wandering prince, and I heard you sing. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard… and you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. [Once again, she belts out a few lyrics.]

One heart
Tenderly beating
Ever entreating
Constant and true

[Lacus] [her expression softens, and she timidly approaches Saber, taking her hands and getting her to stand.]
…
One love
That has possessed me

Thrilling me through

[Saber & Lacus] [They both begin to lovingly sway around the stage, dancing and singing together, leaving the stage together.]

One song
My heart keeps singing
Of one love
Only for you

[Minnie] [sniffles…] Oh, how sweet. They both found their one true love. But the Evil Queen saw all of this, and she was not happy! Her jealousy had reached its peak!

The background turns back into the interior castle, where Twilight is stamping her foot and having a hissy fit. She's definitely incorporating both Nightmare Moon and Trixie into her acting, bless her.

[Twilight] No way! She got a prince? I, the Queen, won’t let her! She is not the fairest! There’s only one thing left to do! Get the Woodsman!

[Asura] You mean the hunter? Huntsman? What was his name?

[Twilight] JUST GET HIM OVER HERE!

That’s the cue for Gorthan to enter the stage, dressed as a hunter.... Woodsman... well, you get the idea, he's big and threatening. He kneels down in respect to the Queen.

[Gorthan] You summoned me, your highness?

[Twilight] Yes! Take Snow White out to the forest… have her pick wild flowers… and then, when she least suspects it, kill her!

[Gorthan] … You want me to kill… the princess?

[Twilight] And as proof! [She wiggles around, and pulls out a small wooden box from her robes.] Take out her heart, and put it in this box.

Gorthan rises, slowly taking the box, clear distaste on his face.

[Twilight] And you should know the consequences if you fail.

… Which looks pretty strange considering he’s probably a good couple of feet taller than her. But, never the less, Gorthan bows to her.

[Gorthan] As you wish, your highness. I will do as you command.

All the players leave the stage, and the background changes to a pleasant forest scene. Luke has Pokemon make various chirping noises to help accentuate the nature.

[Minnie] And so, the Huntsman took Snow White to the forest. She never suspected a thing, and was more than happy to play with the birds and pick wild flowers.

Lacus and Gorthan reenter, with Gorthan hiding a fake dagger behind his back. Lacus has a Pidgey on her hand, and sweetly pets it.

[Lacus] Poor little bird, are you lost? Oh, there is no need to cry. We can find them together… there now, see? [She kisses the pidgey on the head, unaware that Gorthan is creeping up closer… And closer… and closer… he raises the dagger… Lacus catches his shadow, turns around, and shrieks!]

[Gorthan] … [But then, he drops the dagger.] … I… I cannot do it. I can’t bring myself to harm you, princess. I beg your forgiveness. [He kneels down to her.]

[Luca] [visibly confused.] Wh… what’s going on?

[Gorthan] It’s your step-mother, the Queen! She’s gone mad with jealousy… she wishes you dead. You must flee, Snow White, into the forest, and never return!

[Luca] But… what about you?

[Gorthan] … I’ll be all right. But please, you must go. Go, go now! Never come back!

Luca, frightened, gets to her feet, and begins running off the stage. Gorthan steadily gets back to his feet, and also leaves. All the while, the background changes again, this time making the forest dark and scary. The chirping turns into spooky growling noises for the moment.

[Minnie] Snow White fled deep into the forest, scared and alone. The Huntsman killed a pig and used its heart to fool the Evil Queen into thinking Snow White was dead. But this weighed heavily on him, and he left the Queen’s side after the deed was done. As for Snow White, she found herself lost in the unfamiliar woods…

Luca returns on stage, with several Pokemon at her side, trying to guide her along. She rubs her eyes, pretending to cry.

[Luca] I’m so scared… why does my step-mother want me dead? She wasn’t always like that… I remember days she used to be good and kind. And now… I may never see her again, or even my prince! And I am cold, and hungry, and scared… whatever shall I do?

[Minnie] It seemed hopeless, but her kind spirit implored the animals to help her. They showed her around the forest, until she came upon a small wooden cottage.

Again, the background image changes, turning into the inside of a wooden cottage. Some small wooden furniture is pushed on stage, some bought with obvious price tags on them and others haphazardly made by clumsy hands. Can't say they didn't try for authenticity.

[Luca] Oh my, what a strange little place. There are little chairs, and little tables… everything is little! This must belong to some cute children… but it’s so filthy! [She tsks, trailing a finger on a chair, pretending to find dust.] Why doesn’t their mother clean up after them? … Oh, no… what if they don’t have a mother? … I know! I’ll be their mother! I’ll clean and cook for them, and maybe in return, they’ll let me stay here.

She begins making cooking and cleaning motions, humming merrily, and the Pokemon all help out. She then yawns, and goes to lay down on a make-shift bed, pulling the blanket over her.

[Minnie] And so, Snow White spent the day cleaning up the house and making a hearty meal for the ‘children’. But the day wore her out, so she went to their seven little beds to sleep. But she didn’t know that the house didn’t belong to any children… but to seven dwarfs! They worked in the mines all day, and were just getting home.

On stage come seven… er… dwarfs? Zidane, Robin, Danny Fenton, Kuja, Ventus, Nobita, and Other Father all walk on, with tiny hats and fake pickaxes, and being clearly forced to sing this little diddy as they make fake digging motions. The humiliation of this role is obvious on some faces, but at least they're not backing out.

Other Father then sticks his fingers in his mouth, making a high pitched whistling noise. The others then get in a line, 'following' him closer to the house.

Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho

It's home from work we go

They all whistle to the best of their extent, until they get ‘home’.

[Zidane] Hey, wait a minute! Our house… it’s been cleaned, from top to bottom!

[Robin] Clean nothing – Someone’s made a meal!

[Danny] Boy, it smells really good… I call dibs!

[Kuja] Now wait a minute! Our home is clean, a meal is made… someone had to do it, and we were gone all day… someone broke in! Why, they might still even be here!

[Ventus] Someone’s on the bed! I bet it’s the trespasser!

[Nobita] W-w-what do we do?!

[Father] Come on, men, it’s seven against one! Follow me!

All seven carefully tip-toe towards the bed. Ventus gulps, reaches out, and then yanks the blanket off of Luca. They all gasp!

[Zidane] Why, it’s a girl!

[Robin] It’s a beautiful girl!

Luca yawns, and then sits up, quickly readjusting her wig. They all gasp again as they meet each other.

[Luca] Oh, my! Seven little men… is this your house?

[Danny] Of course it is! We’re the seven dwarfs. And just who might you be?

[Luca] My name is Snow White, it’s very nice to meet all of you.

[Kuja] Princess Snow White?! No way!

[Ventus] What is a princess doing here in our house?

[Luca] Something terrible has happened to my step-mother, she wants me dead!

[Nobita] The e-e-evil Queen?! Oh, no! She has all kinds of scary spells!

[Luca] Oh please, let me stay! I have nowhere else to go. I’ll work my hardest to earn my place here… why, I’ll cook and clean –

[Father] Wait, you cleaned our house and cooked that yummy smelling meal for us?

[Luca] That’s right! And I’ll do it every day.

[All Seven] Hurray! She stays!

Luca gets out of bed, and she begins to merrily dance with the seven dwarfs. Some aren't so good at dancing, knocking into the furniture, and each other, but they're doing their best to have some fun with this role.

[Minnie] They all became fast friends, and Snow White was as good as her word. She cooked and cleaned every day for them, and the dwarfs vowed to protect her from the Queen. They danced and sang many nights, but despite being among friends she loved, Snow White couldn’t entirely be happy.

After a few more silly dancing moments, Luca sits back down on the bed, upset, holding her head on her hands.

[Zidane] Snow White, why are you so sad?

[Luca] I miss my step-mother… and I miss my prince.

[Robin] Your prince? Tell us about him!

[Luca] Oh, he’s simply wonderful… But I know, someday, we’ll see each other again. [and guess what? She sings again. She's an up and coming idol, after all!]

Some day my prince will come
Some day we'll meet again
And away to his castle we'll go
To be happy forever I know

Some day when spring is here
We'll find our love anew
And the birds will sing
And wedding bells will ring
Some day when my dreams come true


[Minnie] But all was not well! Trouble was brewing back with the Queen…


The dwarfs lead Luca off stage, quietly comforting her. The background image is moved back to the interior castle wall, where Twilight is shoving the box into Asura’s face.


[Twilight] Guess who’s fairest again? That’d be me, the Queen! Just as it always should be. Mirror mirror, on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?


[Asura] It’s still Snow White, stupid.


[Twilight] Snow White lays dead in the forest. I, the Queen, have her heart! See?


[Asura] That’s the heart of a pig, idiot. Honestly, how can someone not know the difference between – [Someone gives him a good kick to the rear offstage.] OWWW!


[Twilight] A pig’s heart?! That’s it… if you want to do something right, you have to do it yourself. I’ll find her myself, and give her… this! [from her robes, she whips out a Pecha Berry.] This magic apple will spell her doom!


[Asura] That’s a Berry.


[Twilight] This poisoned apple –


[Asura] That’s definitely a Berr-[Twilight clasps a hand over his mouth.]

[Twilight] This POISONED APPLE… will cause her to fall into an endless sleep. Only true love’s kiss will wake her up, but I’m certain something as statistically impossible as that will happen! I’ve done the math! [She laughs maniacally again, leaving the stage while Asura spits around, trying to get her taste off of his mouth.]

[Minnie] The Evil queen disguised herself as an old hag, and left to find Snow White. The dwarfs had left to go work in the mines, so she was happily cleaning their house again.

The background is back to the cottage, and Luca walks on stage with a broom and Danny’s Zorua sniffing around her feet. She hums aloud, and then Twilight, now dressed in black robes and trying hide her face, wanders on stage. Twilight is carrying a basket of berries, and tries to speak much older.

[Twilight] Apples… I have fresh, sweet apples I want to share.

[Luca] Apples? Why, I bet the dwarfs would love a fresh apple pie. May I have some?

Zoruna barks at Twilight, nearly snarling!

[Luca] Now now, that’s not very nice, leave her alone.

Zoruna huffs, but then runs off stage, still barking.

[Luca] I don’t know what got into him…

[Twilight] That’s all right, dearie. You know, such a pretty girl deserves to have something special… [She takes out ‘the’ Pecha Berry and holds it out.] What I have here is a magic wishing apple. One bite, and all your dreams come true.

[Luca] That’s amazing! A wish… Hmmm… Oh, I know. I wish I could see my prince again… and that my step-mother would love me again.

[Twilight] W-what?! I, wait, don’t!

But it’s too late. Luca pretends to take a bite, groans, and then collapses on the ground. What a good actress!

[Twilight] … That I would love her again… I don’t understand… [Flustered, she runs off stage.]

Zorua then appears on stage again, along with the seven dwarfs. Zorua has its teeth firmly in Danny’s pants, dragging him along.

[Danny] What is with the animals? They went after us in the mines, wanting us to go home right away.

[Kuja] Oh, no! [Points dramatically!] Look, everyone, it’s Snow White! What’s happened?!

The seven dwarfs gather around her body in fake horror. They kneel around her, and once they 'realize what's happened', start pretending to cry.

[Minnie] It was too late, and Snow White was trapped in an endless sleep. The dwarfs thought she was dead, but couldn’t bring themselves to bury her. But it just so happened that the same wandering prince was in the forest!

On the other side of the stage, Saber and Gorthan enter.

[Saber] Thank you for guiding me through the forest, good Huntsman. I surely would have been lost without your guidance.

[Gorthan] It’s the least I can do, after what I nearly did to the princess. If I can reunite the two of you, then I will be at peace.

[Saber] Once we have found her, you will be rewarded with a place in my kingdom… oh, but what is this!

Saber and Gorthan ‘come upon’ the dwarfs and Snow White, boo hoo.

[Saber] Snow White… what has happened?!

[Ventus] It was the evil Queen… she’s killed our beloved Snow White.

[Saber] No… just when I had finally found my true love again! … Please, let me say goodbye to her.

The dwarfs make way for Saber as she walks towards the body. She gently lefts the body up, and then angles her head in such a way to indicate kissing without actually kissing her. Some of the dwarfs are visibly disappointed at the lack of girl on girl. Then, Luca yawns, stretching her arms.

[Luca] Oh, that was a nice nap… Ah! My prince!

[Saber] Snow White, you’re alive!

They embrace, and the dwarfs all cheer, standing up to jump and applaud. Even Gorthan looks relieved.

[Saber] Come, Snow White, I’ll take you to my castle, and we can live happily ever after together.

[Luca] My prince, I would love nothing more than to do that… but… I must see my step-mother. I must know why wants me dead. [She gently pushes Saber aside, and goes up to Gorthan.] Please, take me back to the Queen.

[Nobita] Well… you’re not going alone! We’ll all go with you!

Everyone cheers again, the dwarfs swing around their pickaxes, and Gorthan leads everyone off stage.

[Minnie] The Huntsman led everyone back to the queen’s castle, where she was once again trying to talk to her magic mirror.

The last background change takes effect as we are back inside the castle, and Twilight paces back and forth, frustrated.

[Twilight] I’ve tried every mathematical and scientific formula I, the Queen, can come up with, and nothing adds up. Why does Snow White still care about me, despite all the terrible things I’ve done to her?

[Asura] She must be as stupid as you are.

Then, to the side, the rest of the characters walk on! The dwarfs hold up their pick-axes, ready for a fight, but Luca bravely gets in front of all of her friends, confronting Twilight head-on.

[Luca] Step-mother! Was it really you that fed me that poisoned apple?

[Twilight] Snow White?! You’re still alive?!

[Asura] Ah, she must be here to kill you and take over the kingdom. Good riddance.

[Luca] That’s not true! I just wanted to know why, step-mother. If I’ve done something wrong, I apologize… I just want us to be a family again.

[Asura] As if! How can you call this mess a family?

[Saber] A-ha! It’s the Magic Mirror! It’s been filling the Queen’s head with lies all this time! I’ll put an end to this! [And by ‘put an end’, she means going up to Asura and shoving his head out so he ‘vanishes’, though he does swear a few times, cause OW.]

[Twilight] Oh… what have I done?! How could I have let something as petty as looks come between us! Snow White, I’m so sorry!

[Luca] Oh, Step-mother!

They hug each other, awwww. Then Twilight approaches Gorthan, also apologetic.

[Twilight] I’m sorry for all the hard times I gave you. You were a good and wise man to disobey me, and I would be honored if you would stay in my castle again.

[Gorthan] It would be my honor to stay again.

[Luca] And the dwarfs can stay with us too! Now we’re all one happy family! My dreams have all come true!

Everyone cheers again, and Saber and Luca begin to dance once more, singing one last time together.

Some day when spring is here
We'll find our love anew
And the birds will sing
And wedding bells will ring
Some day when my dreams come true!

[Minnie] And they all lived happily ever after!

One last cheer erupts! Then each player, including Luke, comes forward to take a bow and whatever applause may come. Minnie then joins everyone as they link hands, all bowing together as the curtain closes.
