Where: Goldenrod City
When: Pretty much now!
Summary: Tea and discussions of topics both pleasant and not.
Rating: PG at most? These two aren't the swearing type.
Log:

Emmy was currently finding herself in quite the dilemma. Standing in her kitchen in her typical puzzle-solving pose, she stared at the conundrum on the counter currently causing her grief.

"Earl Grey, or...French Earl Grey? Is there a big difference?"

He was French, wasn't he? Hadn't they had this conversation before? He certainly drank his tea in an odd manner. She'd even bought some lemons especially for him.

...not because she cared, or anything, but they were on special and it just seemed like a ladylike thing to do! To prove how observant she was, of course!

Frowning, she picked up the two tins and stared at the labels, reading the ingredients. There really wasn't that much of a difference. Maybe she should just stick to the tried and trusted Earl Grey. It was one of her favourites. Besides, what if putting out the French one made it look like she was trying too hard to impress him? The lemons should be enough, surely?

...but then again, maybe it would be a nice thing to do. Ever since that creepy anonymous Rocket had crawled his way into her Pokegear, she'd gone to the effort of trying to be diplomatic towards Descole. Petty fighting seemed so pointless in the face of such a horrid enemy. Londoners needed to stick together in the face of such adversity! Surely that's what the Professor would say.

Besides, he'd actually turned out to be....surprisingly gentlemanly.

Groaning in frustration, Emmy slammed the two tins back down on the counter. She'd just drag him into the kitchen so he could choose himself! That would be the best solution, after all!

But before she went over to make up the table, she paused, pulling the tin of French Earl Grey just a little closer into the light.
