Kimblee turns as Isaac approaches him, that soft singing cutting off abruptly as he does so; he tips his head back a bit as he takes in what Isaac is wearing, though the smirk crossing his features makes it clear that he doesn't disapprove of what he says. Though the smirk remains, he turns back to focus on the water once that's been said. He isn't sure what to do with the strangely intent way Isaac has been looking at him; it's awkward, though he can't exactly say why. Flattering, surely, but awkward just the same.
"At least the weather seems to be with us tonight." That's out there before he can really stop it - dear god, he's talking about the weather, what on earth. "As much as I enjoy this place, I would prefer not to be out here in the rain."
