That gets a very pleased noise from him - the pain is enjoyable for some reason he's not entirely sure of, and the fact that it's Kimblee doing this is fantastic. He's really not sure what to do with the knowledge that he's enjoying this quite so much.

But after a moment he sets Kimblee back down, though he certainly doesn't let go of his boyfriend. There aren't any words to describe just how pleased he is with this, but he figures making out will work just fine, right?
