It wasn't really that much of an annoyance, and the library wasn't particularly hard to find anyway, so barring any interruptions or conversation that would slow them down, they would arrive at the library fairly quickly with Kayneth leading. He wasn't about to initiate conversation, of course, but he wasn't going to ignore Jane if there was anything she wanted to talk about on the way.
