The psychic nodded, and turned toward the building. With a small breath the Gallade closed his eyes and began to radiate psychic power. Alto reached beyond his own awareness into the emotional auras surrounding him. Moving beyond the familiar sense of Demyx he pressed into the walls of the building. It wasn't a rapid process by any means, even at his level of power it took considerable focus and effort to sort through all the emotions of the city and find the threads connected only to the occupants within.
A few moments in, Demyx looked over to Carol.
"He says he's found Bill. His emotions are strongest inside the building so Alto will be able to guide us to him quickly once we're in. He's gotta scan through careful-like. A big city like this has a lot of people's emotions floating about."
