And while he's not going for stealth by any means, he did what he could with his wardrobe to not look completely out of place, wandering around down here where commercial and hobbyist boats alike are moored, his Houndoom beside him like they're just out for a morning stroll.
He couldn't tell you what looks out of place, but...any attempt is better than nothing. They'll figure it out somehow, or at least put up some opposition. One hopes.]
