Bored out of his mind, Trick had decided to go on a little adventure while his trainer was in town on some business. Sneaking out of the inn room wasn't hard, it merely required a little creative thinking and a loose window latch before Trick squeezed himself out through the window. Landing on his four feet, the Leafeon immediately took off down the road, eager to find something or someone fun to play with.

It won't take long for Trick to come across an eager and equally bored target. It's not that Kouichirou doesn't appreciate the fresh air or anything, but he would appreciate it a lot more if his trainer were paying attention to HIM instead of his teammates right now. He wants to get in on the battle action too, after all!

The Luxio fidgets restlessly, eyes wandering all over the alley where Kuzuryuu has decided to take his team for a quick round of training before heading to work. Better to get some of his aggression out now because lord knows, customer service was NOT a position made with Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu in mind. Thank god Hinata works with him, at least.

And that's when Kouichirou notices Trick. Perfect. If Kuzuryuu's not going to let him play with the wild Meowths right now, he'll just play with whatever this thing is. He lowers himself to the ground, paws outstretched and rump raised and wiggling like the big cat he is. 1...2...3...POUNCE!!

Oh, he's definitely not mad. How could he be mad? Even if he missed and probably fell flat on his face, somebody is actually willing to play with him for once. His teammates aren't exactly the best for that. most of them are either too sharp, too angry, or both to indulge him. So with a happy, playful sounding growl, he prepares for a second attempt.
