[ Well, Snake wasn't actually doing any research in here... he just figured it'd be quiet. He COULD have gone to the designated sleeping area, but he found instead that he'd much rather be somewhere where he KNEW people would be damn quiet.
So on one of the couches in the library, there's this old man with a book on his face and he's just straight up sleeping... He's not wearing a suit anymore, since it's the relaxing day, he's just in his casual clothes. If you're really close, you'll be able to hear him snoring very lightly. ]
