[Jimmy had been eager to join Joker and Crocker on the trip to Ecruteak after managing to successfully win his first badge back in Violet. Though the trip on the train had been an obvious bump in the road, Jimmy seemed to be back to his normal, cheerful self.
The boy snickered and looked back at Crocker, clearly having more of a good time than he was. Jimmy rather enjoyed traveling with Pokemon instead of on foot...and he hoped eventually he too would have a companion that could support his weight for traveling.
