Well, having a Beedrill latch on to it can't be fun for Weavile, but Dio's mood seems to have improved. If anything he almost seems happy, that Beedrill's gotten in close.

There's more dramatic posturing from Dio as he gives the command. He's at a type disadvantage, but moving after a hit like that might boost Payback's power. Which probably won't result in a fun time for Beedrill. And if it doesn't, he's got a few more tricks up his sleeve. Or Weavile's sleeve anyway.
