Archera...hmmm...maybe Robin Hood? That was the legend of Robin Hood completely retold with anthropomorphic forest creatures. I'm not sure where the oral fixation and phallic imagery comes in, though. There's also Peter Pan, but that didn't involve a romance and the Lost Boys were just dressed in animal pajamas.
