One moment, Ryoji's walking hand-in-ribbon with Mina-chan out the back door to go check up on the Absols, wiggling his toes in the green grass of the yard, and the next ... he's here, wherever here is. Not so long ago, little skips and missing time wouldn't have bothered him--but that was before he remembered. Before the hotel.
He has to take a moment to catch his breath, before surveying his surroundings. First (and most importantly) of all, he's still with Mina-chan: when he looks down, the Sylveon is all aflutter with excitement of being in a new place. So that's a comfort. Second (and most strangely??), he's somehow managed to misplace his casual summer clothes with a suit and scarf that is a whole lot fancier than most (but not all) of the clothes in his closet. Thirdly, there are people milling about--and although some confused, none of them seem to be distressed. On the contrary, the energy seems to be... good. People are happy to be here, wherever here is.]
Wow. Pretty neat party, huh? [He smiles down at his Sylveon. It's a little weak to begin with, but the longer he makes the effort the more genuine it is.] Let's go take a look around!
[After that, Ryoji can be found wandering the premises being his usual chipper, flirty self, accompanied by his very charming Sylveon. (Please pet her. She want to be pet, all the time.) He's looking for any familiar faces--or if not any of those, a telephone. Or someone who can help explain what's going on. Particular places of interest for him are the arcade, reduced gravity ballroom, and the holodeck.]

Okay so here is his actual favorite spot in this party that is taking place on the moon: the part where, thanks to mysterious technology, you can take a walk on the surface. ... not that Ryoji's doing much walking at the moment, since he's been beset by a horde of Cleffa who are very determined to clean him out of Poké Puffs. And Ryoji, being the big softhearted goober that he is, isn't really objecting to it. At least he's making them work for it with an extended game of Head It.]
