Poor Kaito. He and his gang of wayfarers had really gotten the short end of the stick. Traveling for days in a raging snowstorm, with just one fire Pokemon, and finally arriving at a dark building with no heat? Poor shmucks. It sounded like a story that Heather's manager at the Department Store would tell, except she would add at the end that she had to do it every day just to walk to school.

Needless to say, though, Kaito's in a precarious position-- he has successfully captured a couch, to be sure, but slowly but surely, a threat is crawling through the dark towards his hastily-claimed bed. That threat is an ever-expanding empire, built up off the ground with blood, sweat, and pillows, and slowly but surely taking over the kingdom of Lobby. Like a fungus.

A blanket fungus.

And when it reaches Kaito's couch, a BANDAGED LOBSTER-HAND reaches over the back, holding onto a BLANKET (horror)-- ... only to find that... dude. >:( There is a DUDE in the WAY.

A scruffy head, dimly-backlit by the candles (and occasional glow of a passing fire Pokemon) appears slowly over the back of the couch, squinting malevolently at the unknown obstacle in her way.

"You. Surrender or die."



... She was kind of into this whole Evil Blanket Overlord thing, okay?
