Shellder was un phased by gnawing to it's shell, it was much too hard for that. However, it was phasing his stamina...

There didn't seem to be much Vexen could do, he was sending commands out to Shellder but the poor little guy was weak, paralyzed and overwhelmed. It didn't take long for his withdraw to start faltering again.

Could it be possible that Shellder was beat...?
