[You know, when Yumi mentioned about missing her friends, it didn't mean she was fully willing to become any of them if it meant seeing them again....

...especially it that friend was the "lovable" Odd.]

This sucks. This really really sucks. [Not only was she in her friend's body YET AGAIN, but she also kept her voice which meant anyone she knew could recognize her. Hell, even anyone could notice how strangely woman-like her voice was in a 13-year old's body.]

[This "boy"'s just going to wander around and try to avoid talking at any cost. Approach, y/n?]

(Aelita has a trilling egg-shaped Pokemon in her arms, surprised to run into this particular type but not minding at all. Oh, and she hadn't heard Yumi's voice yet so when she does find out...total deja vu moment?)

Have you found any types you'd like yet?

[Yumi has seen enough pink haired girls to not automatically assume it wasn't her friend Aelita. It wasn't until she heard the girl call out Odd's name that she automatically turned her head ahead and was filled with joy, relief....and embarrassment.]

I've stayed here for about...two months? I'm pretty sure I did. [Not even bothering to hide her voice here.] It's not Odd, by the way.

(Definitely a deja vu moment, Aelita's eyes widening in slight surprise for a bit. Her Togepi trilled excitedly in her hands.)

A bug in the materialization program? If you've been here for that long, it's strange that it would act up so suddenly.

This world isn't exactly like Lyoko, Aelita. It's like some...alternate universe?

If the laws of logic don't apply here, then you could be stuck like this for a really long time. You wouldn't have to worry about disintegration but...you'd have to deal with Odd's feet every night!

Thanks Aelita. [She said this rather nonchalantly.] My pokemon'd have to deal with them too if they haven't ran off already.

(Aelita simply laughs, not having forgotten the experience either since she stayed up all night with Jeremie trying to fix the bug.)

But why would they? If they're truly loyal to you, they'll know you're you and not really Odd. They'll be able to tell by your voice, your movements...even something as simple as calling out to them.

(She goes silent for a moment.) I'm not the only one who's here from home, Yumi. I've seen William.

I'm not worried about trust issues from my guys. I'm pretty sure Ulrich and Aelita would no doubt recognize me. I'm more worried about Odd's feet scaring them off. [Just laughing a bit here.]

[Yumi's face softens when she heard the next comment.]

You could always use them as weapons in case of a Pokemon stampede. Odd's feet could save an entire city. (Before being barred from ever returning.

(Aelita's face reddens once hearing Yumi had named a Pokemon after her.)

You named a Pokemon after me? Thank you, Yumi! Which one?

(She nods reassuringly.) He's just fine. He remembers everything about XANA but he could be from before XANA took him over, or maybe after we freed him.

[Yumi gave a smile.]

I named a pokemon after everyone. Well, after our friend's I mean. The only member that's missing is William. [Which was kind of funny in a way.] Do you know what Clefairies are?

[The girl gave a sigh.]

That's good.[Though that brings up another question to mind.] Do you remember what was happening before you came here?

Well, I can see how it would be difficult to name a Pokemon after William. (Possibly even Yumi considering all she wore was black aside from going to Lyoko.)

Yes, I do! They're those normal-type Pokemon who most think may be aliens?

(She sighs solemnly with a nod.)

It wasn't even a day after we defeated XANA for good...and I lost my father.

[Yumi's smile falls when she heard the pinkette's response. Not only did she come from that time period but it was months before XANA's return from the grave from where Yumi came from. It's something she shouldn't really mention to the girl..]

[She places a hand on Aelita's shoulder.] I'm sorry Aelita. I didn't mean to bring that up.

(She smiles softly at Yumi, touched that she was concerned for her well-being.) It's okay, Yumi. I've got you and the others with me, so I'm not really alone. It's just gonna take time.

(She brightened once hearing about the Clefairy.) Really? Does she keep Odd and your other Pokemon out of trouble?

[Y'know, it kinda hurts to see that cheerful demeanor Aelita used to have before all that Cortex stuff happen. Nowadays, she's usually down in the dumps or raging about Laura, hardly cracking a smile once in the while. When she saw Aelita's brightened expression on her face, Yumi couldn't help but brightened up too.]

Well, most of the ones I have are on good behavior so there's really no need someone to look over them but, the ones like Odd, Kiwi and Creeper, she's usually one of the ones to look over them. Even when she was a little baby Cleffa.

(Aelita was truly intrigued to hear that Yumi had named at least one of her Pokemon after one of XANA's monsters, curious as to which one it could be.)

Even when she was a Cleffa? That's wonderful! You named one after Jeremie too, right?

[She'll probably be even more intrigued Yumi named alot more of her pokemon after XANA's monsters..]

Of course I did, though I just got him recently. He looks pretty tough and serious but he's a big softie.

(She giggles at the description, knowing it sounded very familiar.) Just like Jeremie! He probably wouldn't find it very endearing if he ever comes here.

(And she has to quiet her laughing a little bit this time, since imagining that? Almost as unbelievable as Jeremie going to Lyoko even if he had gone once!)

[The boy turns his head to see the troll sniffing his hair. After seeing Aradia, it wasn't too much of a surprise but just what she was doing was really weirding her out.]
