[See now this, this is nice. It's been too long since Gojyo's even seen a decent casino, and even longer since he found one that would actually let him in (either because of his hair or his reputation).

Sure, okay, it's in weird bizzaro world with crazy animal things and sure, okay there's one of these fuckers in particular that won't leave him the hell alone, but gambling. Gambling is his forte. [This isn't Terminal Tokyo, or any part that looks like it, and that's just fine with Sonata- she's been wanting to explore outside the city, but a certain Negative Nancy named Penguinmon has been against the idea. Which is why she's totally conspiring with Makoto to sneak out Chosen and partner, or rather, illegal idol and her unfortunate Digimon partner, can be found wandering around, as Sonata drags poor poor Penguinmon with her as she checks out this new place.]

[ Unlike her fellow illegal idol who relishes her new surrounding, Makoto doesn't take being taken from one strange creatures-infested place to another well at all. It doesn't help that when asked where they are, her Digimon partner, Bokomon, just shrugged and told Makoto that she doesn't really know where they are, either. Thankfully, the experience of freaking out when she arrived at Terminal Tokyo once already did somehow make her a little used to the changes in environment and tried to give this "exploring the field" thing a chance since she's planning to do it with Sonata anyway--. Unfortunately, that calm doesn't last very long when she somehow finds herself running away from a group of Spearrows in the field, ones that she inadvertently angered by accidentally kicking a stone into their nest and are now chasing her and her partner. ]

For the most part he seems unbothered by being here, even talking to the Victini that's following him around, who chirps and replies telepathically, so it's like listening to one side of a phone call.

Anyone who pays him attention, gets a smile and a nod if he notices, even engaging them if they look too long or approach. Especially the ladies.]

[There is one lady who practically stumbles into him. Legs are a new feature to her - how do the humanoids manage these things? There is purpose to bumping into him and it's not flirting. No, she knows her Captain and there's an alien species following her around. It looks primitive, like cogs in an old clock and her communication device also functions like a tricorder and informed her that it was a Klinklang. She can't figure out why it's following her though.]

[Her Captain may know. Even if he doesn't then surely he can find a way out of here. He's clever like that.]

[Sounds like she knows him, though the lack of Starfleet uniform and the fact that she's clinging to his arm are a bit odd.]

[This was certainly interesting. He'd known people were into Pokemon but had someone developed a virtual simulation of it? More importantly, how had he ended up testing it? Was it one of those things that blurred the line between reality and virtual? The sensations felt real enough and the Liepard seemed real to the touch. Did that mean pain was real as well?]

[Best not test that theory.]

[So instead Kyoya was wandering about, mentally cataloging things in his head so he could report it back later. The sleek cat that followed him seemed to glare indignantly at anyone who looks in their direction.]

[Pokemon were something Togami's heard of, something he was vaguely familiar with, but unlike most people his age, it wasn't something he knew too much about. He had other things he needed to be busy with. So, while he recognizes Pokeballs and the Pikachus and other really common Pokemon, he doesn't recognize the large green grass snake currently coiled up at his side. Nor is he quite sure how it's actually real and alive, but that's a completely different story.

So while Togami is trying to figure out more about this place, Serperior is spending his time holding his head up high and either pointedly ignoring anything not worth his time or, much like Kyoya's Liepard, giving dirty looks to anyone and anything in the area that might venture a bit too close to him and his new Trainer for comfort. And one of those things that did venture too close probably was Kyoya and his Liepard.]

[Carley cannot stop grinning, as she walks down trails and sidewalks, looking around at everything - trees, animals, buildings, passing people, all with a big blue swallow gliding along behind her.

The afterlife is a Pokémon game and absurdity and all she'll dare to let herself enjoy it to feel that she's in a civil and thriving world again. God, has it been too long since she could last relax even a bit! She got a bath and a hot meal - at the house of a strange woman probably her own age, in a strange little neighborhood, but were they much-needed.

And now she's seeing people going about their lives. The way they always used to do back home, except dressed a bit brighter in a lot of cases, around different architecture in slightly smaller-seeming cities, and with real-live Pokémon.

Perhaps she'll try her hand at battling someplace. Assuming that the bird is hers to train as Ms. Call Me Mom asserted.]

Lee stops in his tracks and does a double-take when he sees her. No way. There's no way that... Then again, this place has made it pretty clear that it can do whatever it damn well pleases.

God, she looks...good. Healthy. Happy. All of them vast improvements from the time that they spent together.

He looks down at his own oversized bird that's just hopping along the ground at his side (being a raptor and therefore more built for gliding on thermals than low-range city flight), and starts over toward her. He owes her an apology, at least.]

Kakashi's pretty sure this place -- wherever this place happens to be -- is very well a world that is not Kannagara. Nor is it any other world he's been in before, and he's been in quite a few in his time. It appears the powers that be have decided to sweep him into yet another world, which is just. Fantastic. Really. Because this is exactly what Kakashi needs right now. ]

It was a little jarring, but all these strange, squishy, pink creatures everywhere certainly make for a good distraction. And the Pokémon probably will too once he notices the Mightyena following him. One step at a time though, let's check out the pink monkeys first.]

[Don't mind the blue boy approaching you without warning and proceeding to poke and prod at your arm, leg, face...anything he can, really. He's never seen a human before, this is a brand new experience for him! Despite the jagged, pointy buckteeth and horns, he's actually...mostly harmless.]

[If you were lucky enough to avoid being "examined", you may encounter still encounter the troll boy elsewhere, laughing as he flits through the air and leaves a trail of blue "pixie" dust behind him. The Mightyena is still following after him, running to keep up at this point and barking at him as if to urge the boy to come back down to the ground...]
