Where: Goldenrod City - Hotel room 314
When: May 23rd - about 10:30 am
Summary: After the destructive events at the centre, Daisuke falls sick and Souji does the favour to bring over some medicine while also looking after him like a bro should.
Rating: PG at most
Log:
Souji hasn't been feeling all that well. From the lack of sleep he has been getting ever since opening up the breeding centre combined with yesterday's attack, he isn't exactly in the best of shape; both physically and mentally.
Physically, it's easy to tell by just looking at him; a few cuts upon his arms and legs, a small bandaid over his left cheek, and bruises on his knees. Thankfully, his pants and light coat have covered most of those. He can't really do much about his cheek nor the light bags under his eyes, but he doesn't think he looks too bad. Probably just looks like someone who has had just a long night, which is exactly what he has had, just multiply it with two weeks.
Mentally, Souji has been feeling the stress that is placed on him. Running his own business is not an easy task nor paying the bills that come with owning a centre. Not to mention his workplace and home is half-destroyed, he knows for sure that fixing it will not be cheap.
However, he's not just going to sit down. He has work to do around and he feels surprisingly better than he has thought, being able to move around and pull his own share of work. However, he's glad that he has a few hands to help him with it. Even he has to admit that if he has had to work alone, he might have broken down sooner or later. Just doing the same tedious task of climbing up and down a ladder to fetch more nails for about an hour is already boring enough-- tiring too, actually.
He has thought he might have to do this for a whole day and he knows for sure that will drive him off the edge, but when his Pokegear beeped with a new text message from Daisuke, the next thing Souji has known is that he's standing inside an elevator at the Goldenrod's Hotel.
According to the text message, Daisuke is out sick for the day and probably for the next while. Souji doesn't blame him, especially from the mess on Sunday and he thinks that everyone deserves a rest right now. Well, everyone but himself. Those papers and temporary walls aren't going to fix themselves, after all!
Once the elevator stops at the third floor, Souji steps out and looks down both ends of the hallway before heading down in one direction. He slowly walks past each door, staring at the room plates for the numbers 314 to appear. It isn't long till he finds the room and shuffling the plastic bag in one hand-- which is filled with both the painkillers and cold medicine Daisuke has asked for, but also some microwave soup that Souji has thought the sick boy will like --then rasps his knuckles against the wooden door, knocking three times.

[He coughs some more and remains sitting up on his bed to get that digestive system and medicine flowing.]

[ He sits down on the edge of the bed and places the tray upon Daisuke's lap. ] Careful, it's pretty hot.

[Then he starts eating the oatmeal. He doesn't really taste anything in particular because lol sick, but he likes the warmth. It feels nice. After swallowing...]
Thanks, Souji.

Sometimes, but the centre already has a lot of people helping, so it's fine. [ SO REST or he'll shank you ]

But if the Center has a lot of people, then I guess... it's okay.

Did they calm down yet though...?

They're still enraged for some reason. All my water Pokemon seem to be like that.

It seems similar to that bug invasion a while back.

[He thinks back on it, and to be honest, all he can remember is that his Feraligatr had a kick out of chewing on those things alive and his Heracross sending them across the sky.]
