At the sound of Heather's asking for help and Zack's...mumbling, Aerith immediately turned around.

"Zack?"

Needless to say, fears confirmed. Leaving their bags behind, she rushed over to where the struggle was happening. She got on the opposite side of him to help keep him from falling. It was lucky she'd already handed over their pokémon, they would be safe behind the counter while she ran to the door.

"What happened??" she asked, addressing Heather more than Zack.
