Summary: The Doctor and Yuffie reconnect after his disappearance.

Log: For the Doctor, returning to Violet City was something of a relief. His vanishing and sudden reappearance back in New Bark Town was quite a setback. But as bad as that had been, the loss of his friends, both human and Pokemon was worse. Being able to see Yuffie again - Yuffie, who seemed just as cheerful and happy as he remembered her, even after all that had happened - made it seem almost as though that hadn't happened, as if he could just fit right back in where he had left off.

He and his team had spent a fairly long time on Route 30, and looked rather bedraggled for it. But he had a wide grin on his face, as he was anticipating finally being able to catch up with his latest companion.

Yuffie was rather excited. She'd woken up early, and gotten her morning work out out of the way, and then some training of her Poekees, though they were rather difficult to train in such a low leveled area. She'd told Leon she was ditching him for the day, and as expected was just told not to get herself into trouble. Guy had no faith in her. Yuffie, trouble? Ha!

Now she was back at the Center anxiously glancing at the clock every few seconds. Really she was impatient. It wasn't as if they'd set up any sort of specific meeting time, but she kept looking anyway.

"C'mon Doc, what's keepin' you...?"

((ooc: I apologize for how slow this might end up. I have a busy few days ahead.))

The Doctor yanked the door open, grinning widely, and pulled her into a hug. "Yuffie! How've you been?"

((ooc: That's fine! I'm way behind because of lj failing anyways.))

She returned the hug rather affectionately clapping him on the back. It was nice to have someone back who actually remembered everything.

"Oh been alright." She smiled pulling away. "Busy ya know. Adventures in the forest. Running around Goldenrod. Catching some poekees and beating cry babies." She shrugged.

"Oh, now, that's not nearly enough detail. To start out, what all did you catch?"

She smirked. She'd been waiting for that question after all. If there one thing Yuffie Kisaragi loves, it's a chance to show off.

Tossing a pokéball in her hand she released the first, "Well you know Sneezy." The Sneasel gave the Doctor a baleful look.

"Then there's ZuZu." a Golbat, "Leon gave him to me. He used to be really shy, but now he's grown out of it a bit." Not a whole lot it would seem however as he's decided it's safe behind Yuffie's head.

"Leafy, my Chika." Chikorita actually, "A present from Aerith while she was still here. He likes to have fun." and show off much like his trainer. He comes forward to greet the Doctor cheefully.

He better look out for this next one though, because Yuffie releases a very affectionate Snover and steps aside before it can hug her. So it moves on to the next one. You get a big Snover hug Doctor. Yuffie snickers, "Blizzara likes to, uhh, hug people. There were a bunch of these things around in the winter so I totally caught one."

There's more, but she's gonna give the Doc a quick break to recover from Blizzara.

"You've caught quite a few of them," he commented, giving Blizzara a friendly pat. "I recognize the Golbat, there pretty common, but none of the other two. Both plants, are they?"

"These are just half of them." She gives him a grin then shrugs.

"Leafy's grass yeah. Blizzara I think is Grass and Ice."
