Who: Isuzu/Rin and Open!
Where: On the edge of Goldenrod City.
When: Tuesday evening.
Summary: Right after a battle, Rin comes to some nauseating conclusions.
Rating: PG right now (because of her being sick).
Log:
Nozomi and Fumio flopped down beside their trainer, their eyes partially closed in exhaustion. The battle had been hard on them and Rin had no desire to force them to do more. Kneeling down, she stroked over the Ponyta's muzzle and the Hoothoot's feathers.
"It's done." she murmured, pulling out their respective Pokeballs, "Go inside."
Saying something encouraging wasn't Rin's forte. All the same, her Pokemon knew that she was proud of them. They were incredibly hard-working and they knew Rin didn't like to put them in dangerous situations. In fact, the entire idea of battling bothered her. It felt too much like the Sohma estate. Akito had pitted the Zodiac members against each other from the beginning. Rin did not want to be like him. The very possibility disgusted her.
As soon as the Pokemon were put away, the girl rose to her feet and fought back a wave of nausea. Covering her mouth, she stumbled to a bush and threw up what little she had had for lunch. There was something very wrong with her. Perhaps her condition was flaring up.
I w-won't go back!
Clenching her fists, Rin inhaled slowly, hoping the clean air would put her stomach at ease. But another sharp pain told her she was wrong.
This sucks.
Wiping her hot brow with her sleeve, she sat down and stretched out her long, elegant legs. Maybe a small rest would do her good. Then...
Then...
She didn't know.

"...Ritsu?" she muttered, bending her knees so that she didn't take up so much space, "I'm not going anywhere with you."
Even though she felt over-heated and chilled at the same; even though she knew it was only a matter of time before she passed out. Really, Rin wasn't careful enough with her health.
