Operation: Express Car; [train plot log]
Who: Everyone who wants to participate!
Where: Goldenrod City, the Magnet Train, Saffron City.
When: November 23rd, 11AM-5PM
Summary: Heist on the Magnet Train!
Rating: Might go up to PG-13, possibly R if exceptional violence of swearing occurs.
Log:
They've spent the last few days preparing. He wasn't sure at first, how this was going to turn out, but the Team is confident. They are confident and now he, Archer, is also confident. He has no reason to expect failure; he tells himself, even if they fail, this will cement them back in the public eye. A threat again. It makes his collar hot to think.
He reviews the plans again, Petrel's notes and schematics, engineering details. Phase 2 will be the most delicate, but he's confident in the abilities of the recruits. The aliens, the outsiders, are strange, but useful. They have skills no other Grunt would possess. Archer recognizes he has been given a tool, and only a fool would fail to use it.
At 9:30AM on November 23rd, Archer sends a message through the Rocket Network. It is short, and simple, and jubilant.
Operation: Express Car
-----------------------------------------------
It's a nice day out, considering. Cold, yes, but the kind of cold that buries itself deep in the lungs and blows the mind into crisp clarity. Cheeks are red, movements brisk to retain heat, and around Goldenrod's white-dusted Magnet Train station, the energy is thick enough to taste. People in their thick winter coats press together, some alone, some with families and friends, most with their trusted pokémon. The larger creatures are returned to their balls, tragically fated to miss the voyage, while smaller breeds are held in their trainers' arms or scurrying around their ankles.
The station attendants are supervising while customers pass through, touching the microchipped Rail Pass to the card readers and moving in slow, sluggish trails through the gates. There is no shoving; the atmosphere seems too cheery for it, excitement manifesting in the form of loud, vigorous conversation. The train itself is gloriously slick, smooth and polished as a new bullet or a freshly-minted coin, humming with power. We ask our passengers to please mind their electric-types, reminds the stationmaster over the PA, as we seek to avoid any trouble or inconvenience during the ride.
Once you've passed the gate, find a seat and stow away your luggage. Relax, unwind; it's a long six hours ahead.

[She's still in horrified shock, but... she swallows, curling her tiny fingers into fists.]
N-No! I won't let you! You won't be taking anyone's Pokemon!
Satin, use Magical Leaf!
[Satin's eyes glow, and she raises her arms - a flurry of sharp, colorful leaves heads towards Scyther and Munchlax, but only them. Minnie would never try to harm another human, after all.]
no subject
Dipshit, Doubleteam. Catherine, Agility.
[Catherine darts out of the way of the attack, and while Dipshit is hit, the Munchlax just about manages to land on its feet after a few teeters and a roll backwards, the baby pokémon showing its fangs in its best bid to be intimidating.
Ivan just takes a few steps forward, pulling his glove tighter around his fingers before continuing his trek towards the smaller women in front of him.]
Dipshit, use screech. Use on both hostiles.
[His pokémon looks at him confusedly, obviously not entirely sure of the order. It doesn't take the pokémon long to realise its owner is serious however and let loose with an ear-splitting shriek, the soviet gritting his teeth at the noise, regardless of the fact he knew it was coming.]
no subject
Direct hit! She yelps in pain, covering her ears! Satin also takes the hit, and spins around dizzily.]
O-Ow... Hang on! Use M-Magical Leaf again, I'll get you some help!
[While Satin stumbles, trying to make the attack again, Minnie flimsily tries to reach on her belt for another Pokeball, not realizing that Ivan is talking up to her.]

Catherine, Leer attack. Dipshit, on the offensive.
[Both of his party jump back into life, the Scyther trying a Leer attack while the smaller of the two did its best to lay a scratch attack on the faster pirouetting pokémon.
In the meantime, the Russian will just grab an unsuspecting teenage passenger from their seat, giving them a quick look up and down before looking back to Minnie.]
Citizen, make yourself a useful statistic.
[There's little care given as the younger individual is literally thrown at his battle partner, looking around the car for a second to catch sight of his party before moving again, looking to the seat of the human-turned-missile to check for anything that may have come loose- jewellry, cash, pokéballs.
He gets a score on the last one.]
Wonderful~ have just landed and have already gotten something for Bosses. ♥
[The happiness is almost childish, but it doesn't take long for it to disperse into overly arrogant pride.]
Still, are plenty more where this came from~

[Super effective! Minnie is easily hit by the human-missle, crying out as she hits the floor with the knocked out teen on top of her. She groans in pain, struggling to get up, but she can't shove him off.]
S-Satin!
[Satin stopped attacking to look at his owner, earning her several scratches for the effort. She falls over, and tries to get up, crying out for his owner.]
H-Hang on, I'm coming! [She keeps trying to shove off the person on top of her, staring incredulously at Ivan.] W-what are you doing, why did you hurt this poor child? This a one on one battle, just you and me!
no subject
[He moves towards the now scratched Pokemon. Looking at it before speaking, not to Minnie, but both his pokémon.]
Hit it with your best and then we are done here.
[If it KOs it's a shame, if the emotion pokémon was still standing afterwards though you better believe he'll give it a go in recapturing it.- it's not as if its trainer can intercept the throw.
He turned his attention back to Minne, his eyes almost sympathetic before his words and smile voided the emotion.]
Tsarina, take this as an important life lesson; trust no one.
[He gives a knowing nod before continuing.]
Friends are only for fools. Trust me on this and this won't happen again~
no subject
No! I won't let you take her! She was given to me by my precious friend!
[She manages to take out Satin's Pokeball-]
Return!
[-and successfully manages to return her to the Pokeball. Which... sucks because at the moment, Satin was her strongest. Minnie rolls the teenager off of her, and fumbles, trying to figure out who to send out next. And then she looks up, and Ivan is... standing right over her.
Oh, Jiminy Cricket.]
N-No... Don't do this! Please don't take them!
no subject
You are so against sharing all of a sudden? I thought you wanted to be friends~
[He looms over her for a few more moments before squatting beside to her grab at her belt.]
Friends share their toys Tsarina~ ♥
no subject
No! Stop it!
[She tries to grab her belt back, lightly pushing at him, but she's weak as a kitten physically compared to him.]
Leave them alone!
no subject
[His hold tightens on the belt, snatching it away as she pushed at him, grunting as a few of the pokéballs came loose with the pull up. His free hand moved to deal a swift backhanded slap to the women's cheek in retaliation to the defiance and to the prizes he just lost.]
Do not fight me woman- I promise you it will not be enjoyable experience.
I think this is very much case of 'better man wins' do you not think so? Now then, I think is time to take my prize and move on... Or do you want me to send you to Pokémon centre?
no subject
P-Please! They're my friends! You can have my money and my items, just, please, don't take my friends away!
no subject
[He keeps the belt away, using his foot this time to push the woman back down.]
Just learn woman and this whole experience will be all the better for you. Putting such feelings in these creatures...
Is sickening, is truly sickening.
no subject
A-at least take good care of them... Please...
no subject
Hnph. Your trust is very much in wrong places.
[Because of that he's not promising anything, he sees little point. instead he pulls his boot away from the sobbing woman and moved to make his way into the next car before the sound of her crying got to him with more than just mild irritation.]
