Summary: Heist on the Magnet Train!
Rating: Might go up to PG-13, possibly R if exceptional violence of swearing occurs.
Log:

They've spent the last few days preparing. He wasn't sure at first, how this was going to turn out, but the Team is confident. They are confident and now he, Archer, is also confident. He has no reason to expect failure; he tells himself, even if they fail, this will cement them back in the public eye. A threat again. It makes his collar hot to think.

He reviews the plans again, Petrel's notes and schematics, engineering details. Phase 2 will be the most delicate, but he's confident in the abilities of the recruits. The aliens, the outsiders, are strange, but useful. They have skills no other Grunt would possess. Archer recognizes he has been given a tool, and only a fool would fail to use it.

At 9:30AM on November 23rd, Archer sends a message through the Rocket Network. It is short, and simple, and jubilant.

Operation: Express Car START

It's a nice day out, considering. Cold, yes, but the kind of cold that buries itself deep in the lungs and blows the mind into crisp clarity. Cheeks are red, movements brisk to retain heat, and around Goldenrod's white-dusted Magnet Train station, the energy is thick enough to taste. People in their thick winter coats press together, some alone, some with families and friends, most with their trusted pokémon. The larger creatures are returned to their balls, tragically fated to miss the voyage, while smaller breeds are held in their trainers' arms or scurrying around their ankles.

The station attendants are supervising while customers pass through, touching the microchipped Rail Pass to the card readers and moving in slow, sluggish trails through the gates. There is no shoving; the atmosphere seems too cheery for it, excitement manifesting in the form of loud, vigorous conversation. The train itself is gloriously slick, smooth and polished as a new bullet or a freshly-minted coin, humming with power. We ask our passengers to please mind their electric-types, reminds the stationmaster over the PA, as we seek to avoid any trouble or inconvenience during the ride.

Once you've passed the gate, find a seat and stow away your luggage. Relax, unwind; it's a long six hours ahead.

Assassin tag?

It's sparing with a twist, your pokémon try attacking you while you spare with your opponent.

One sided assassin tag is just you're pokémon ambush you as you train. The normal way is more fun than one sided though.

That sounds dangerous. [Especially if your Pokemon are a--oh say-- a Scyther.]

It's a fun way to past the time, this place gets pretty boring. [Notice how he didn't refute it being dangerous. No worry though he doesn't have a Scyther, he owns a Garchomp those are much worse.]

Well, that is true. I try to pass my own time by meditating, or practicing my martial arts.

Martial arts? What kind of things can you do. [Scoping out potential sparing partner, why yes he is.]

[He leans back in his seat, bringing Meimei closer to him.]

I'm so glad that there's finally transportation to another country in this world. I wonder what it's like over there.

[Killua plops himself down in the empty seat, an Espeon pops out and climbs into his lap.]

Hopefully not as boring as it is in Johto at times. Though I hope the people in the next country will be smarter then the Johto ones.

[At the sight of the Espeon, Meimei's ears perk up. She casts a curious glance at the other Pokemon.]

I would hope so too. Back in my world, every country has a different way of taking care of things.

Ah, what a cute Espeon, aru~! [Then he takes notice of the Espeon as Meimei crawls towards it.]

I assume that of any other place but I'm not sure that much would change in this world. Especially if the locals there care for pokémon as much as the locals in Johto do.

[The Espeon mews softly at Meimei but not really getting up. He is too comfy at the moment to move.]

This guy is more lazy than cute, this is Sereno.

I'm sure everyone in this world cares about their Pokemon very much.

[Meimei sniffs at Sereno.]

That's the exact opposite of Meimei.

I mean to the point of obsession.

[Sereno stares at Meimei for a moment, before gently batting at her nose.]

If she's the opposite of Sereno she'd be bouncing off the walls. By the way, what kind of pokémon is she? She sort of looks like one of the eevee evolutions.

I don't think I've met anyone yet who cares for their Pokemon to the point where it's almost unhealthy.

[Meimei shakes her head a bit at the contact before batting one of Sereno's ears.]

She does bounce off the walls when we're in less cramped spaces, aru. Ah, that's because she is. She's a Glaceon, which is an ice-type.

I was referring to the locals. Unless in your world, you get medical attention from the veterinarians.

[Sereno's ear twitches a bit before he gets up. He gently buts his head against Meimei then climbing into China's lap. It was closer to the sun light.]

Interesting, that's makes the the sixth evolution I've seen for eevee. It's going to be a lot of fun figuring which one to pick for Nen.

No, only the animals receive medical attention from the veterinarians.

[Meimei whines when she sees her spot taken away. She pokes at Sereno with her paw.]

I believe there are seven in total so far. There's also a grass-type evolution for Eevee, aru. It's called Leafeon and from what I've seen, they're just as beautiful as Glaceon are. [He scratches Sereno behind his ears.]
