A Christmas Party appears!

Summary: Hayate and Yayoi put together a party with the help of some friends, so it's time come enjoy it, Goldenrod!

It wasn't often that Hayate had a hand in preparing for a party outside of catering or cooking, so this was a whole new world for the butler... Which is why he was glad he had so much assistance from his wonderful friends! With Lion providing the locale, a whole slew of people helping him and Yayoi decorate... It was all looking pretty good! Which is why when the time came to start the party itself, he was rather relaxed.

... Now if only he could find a way to get rid that inflatable Santa someone had put up by the karaoke machine...

[It's the best present ever!! Clive takes his own gift as Luke's are handed off to him, tearing off the wrapping paper to uncover a Pokémon egg. Surprise surprise.]

So, are you going to tell me what kind of Pokémon it is, or do I have to wait until it hatches?

[Luke is already pawing at the wrapping paper of his own gift, grinning a little.]

It'd be no fun if I just told you what it was, so how about this? If you can solve this puzzle, I'll tell you what kind of Pokemon is inside.

[Clive's internal reaction is "nooooo," but it would be out of character for Future Luke to turn down a challenge like that, so he's just gonna grin and bear it.]

[Oh, thank god, this is a super easy puzzle. Clive answers almost immediately.]

You give four of the apples to four of the children, and the fifth child keeps the basket with the last apple still in it.

But there's no time for that right now. Clive moves toward the shiny new bike behind him and pulls it forward, which is decorated with a nice red bow. In the basket is a gigantic bag of candy as well as an Ultra Ball.]

[ Layton is trying to be in his best mood too, so all the forced smiles between them. When he notices 'Big Luke', he approaches with that smile and a rather large box, all nicely wrapped along with a nice ribbon. There should be a nice and warm Teddiursa egg in there, wrapped in a nice dark blue blanket. Around that should also be a smaller box containing one watch and a Christmas card, containing all the usual wishes and appreciation. ]

[ He tips his top hat as he comes closer. ] Merry Christmas, my boy.

[Clive puts on that fake smile as soon as he sees Layton approaching, taking the gifts from him as he hands them over.]

[But before he opens them, he sets them aside so he can pick up a large, heavy, gift-wrapped box with a smaller box on top of it. There's also a nice Christmas card attached to the large box containing a Christmas-themed puzzle that is hopefully difficult enough to keep Layton busy for a while, and also attached to the box is a Poké Ball.]
