This is ridiculously overdue

When: Sunday evening, after this post.
Summary: Katara makes it to Goldenrod, but it looks like she made it alone. Robin and eventually Wally too!
Rating: G, possibly PG-13 for Pokemon battles or language or IDK depends?
Log: The day had started off with so much promise! She'd come to grips with the fact Sokka wasn't around anymore, partly because she'd disappeared and it made her feel better to know he hadn't been there alone without her or anyone from home. It was also in part because she felt guilty wishing for him to be in Johto when he had Suki waiting back home.
Lacus, Robin, Heiji, Heather, Riku, and Wally were still around. Heck, ENVY was still there, and so far as she could tell so were Roy and Danny. There were still people she knew, so she was okay with it. She just wasn't really expecting for surrogate brother Heiji to go home so suddenly.
She wasn't ready to make a video post yet so about two hours after her estimated arrival time Robin, Wally, and the others just get a text. The excitement about being back and having familiar faces around was dampened by the fact that one of them just went home today, and she didn't want to greet friends with such a face.
"It's Katara. I just made it into Goldenrod, I'm by the water at the Radio Tower. Sorry I'm late!"
Kishi was having a good time stretching her flippers, Nini hitching a ride on her back, but the Houndoom was new. Katara leaned against the railing watching them play while scratching Baskerville reassuringly behind the ears.

He was out and headed in the direction of the Radio Tower in seven minutes flat, leaving a note for Wally and Megan and heading out with Nari and Damian and the rest in their pokéballs. When he finally arrives he can't help but smile.
"Hey, Katara!"

Kishi and Bask both turned their attention when Robin showed up, but Katara was the one that lit up hearing the familiar voice in person.
"Robin! Hey, sorry to keep you waiting."
That grin? Ear to ear, it's such a relief. Maaaaybe subconsciously she was a little worried the others would disappear too.
