Summary: Finally, after weeks of preparation, the Fighting Studio and Goldenrod School opens today!! Teachers, students, members, people who just want to get in on the barbecue, come jump on in!!

For the whole month of May, every bulletin board around the city had flyers stuck up to them, announcing the opening of the Fighting Studio and Goldenrod School, two institutions run by just Killua and Layton. Needless to say, it took a while to accomplish something like this and a lot more money. After all, this was coming from their own pockets, with some support on the way.

For the school, it was no easy task in purchasing such a large building, old and abandoned or not. The amount and time that went into fixing the place up, it was certainly discouraging but the school ended up looking almost brand new. You could hardly tell it was the same building from months ago, just sitting around and collecting dust. So, despite all the back breaking hard work and money, Layton is nothing but satisfied by this.

As for the Fighting Studio, finding the perfect place for the fighting studio was just as hard for Killua. It had to be just big enough to fit everything he wanted. There were quite a few old building and warehouse concentrated in one area of the city. The warehouse had been in just as much shape as the building Layton had chosen. Killua wasn’t put off by the prospect; he saved up quite a bit of cash in the past year he finally had a chance to do what he wanted with it all at once. Now the fighting studio stood tall and even if Killua thought it was little small at only have five or so floors. There was plenty of room to have a good beat down. Killua is certainly looking forward to what will happen.

So finally, after the two have spoken together, they have agreed on the same date for the opening: June 1st, and that day has finally come!!

People litter the front of the two buildings, checking out the bulletin boards for the locations of certain training halls and classes. Inside the studio and school aren't any better, with everyone trying to get to where they want while others are blocking traffic by standing around and being completely lost.

But hey, you don't have to be a student or member to join in on this celebration and mess! Right between the two buildings is a cook out, charging people a small price for burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and so on. Just a little profit to Killua and Layton to make, all going into their new institutions.

So c'mon, jump on in, everyone!!

There's a list of classes and its teachers, along with its location, school hours, a map, blank sheets of paper for anyone to take and write down their classes, and so on. It'll be pretty crowded, considering there's only one board, so expect some pushing and shoving here!! ]

[ Remember the days of high school, where trying to get anywhere in a hallway took forever and was so crowded that you're almost pressed up to some people? Well, welcome back to high school!! Your only haven from this mess is to stand in the stairway while trying to figure out just where on Johto your class is. ]

[ Also, try not to just stand right in the middle of the hall, blocking people's ways. That's just rude!! ]

[Man Luke hasn't been back to school in forever! He's still pretty surprised to be back in school, so don't mind the kid that looks incredibly lost. He'll either by wandering the hallways looking for his class or fighting with his locker.]

[Luke backs away and smiles sheepishly.]

Aha...you noticed, huh?

{She chuckles, and steps closer, peering at the lock.}

Your muttering was carrying down the hallway, and I can pinpoint an English accent from a hundred paces.

I haven't used a locker in...well, I don't think I've ever really used one. The lock seems like it's stuck.

Hmmm.

{She takes the lock into her hand, turning it carefully, and tugs on it once sharply. Still stuck.}

Well now. Stand back, if you would.

[Luke nods, and takes a few steps back.]

{She sure did just kick the lock, and it sure did open.}

There. Nothing like a bit of percussive maintenance to get a stubborn lock to open.

[ The stairs and door to the roof is open for anyone to go up and relax. Take your lunch break here, chat with friends, sleep, whatever!! ]

[It’s hard to miss what’s going in these rooms, people are having fun sparring. There are places to Box, hand to hand, freestyle and even a place to test your weapon skills. All the weapon currently found are all made of wood from all manners wood staffs and swords to wooden knives and nunchucks.]

[Looks like you found yourself in the perfect place for a good workout. Various equipment you can see are weights, treadmills, bench presses and a few boxing bags. There is also quite a few training dummy as well. People can already be seen trying things out.]

[If you want to teach the masses your skills this is the best place to be. Sign up to teach fighting styles, weapon specialties, and generally anything to do with combat. Teach the fine art of weapon craft or teach people how to create their very own death traps and doom machines that’s fine too. Only workshops open are first aid, hand to hand combat and meditation.]

[ Located right between the studio and school is a barbeque going on for anyone to come to, whenever you're attending the two institutions or not. There's burgers, hot dogs, pizza, soda, lemonade, all that for a small price, so jump on in and get some food!! ]

[The brat can be seen munching on a a burger or two. He had gotten hungry after messing around in one of the training halls. He's in a pretty good mood so it's a might be a good idea to approach him.]
