Mareep Hunt
Who: Prussia and Val!
Where: Violet City - PokeCentre
When: Afternoon 22/06
Summary: Gilbert and Val meet up outside of Violet City's PokeCentre. Shenanigans ensue.
Rating: T because Prussia swears. A lot.
Log:
Gilbert was nervous, although he would deny this with his dying breath.
He was going to meet up with his new friend - in person! - soon, and Gilbert paced in front of the PokeCentre, his Torchic following his rapid steps on short legs. It was only when he almost tripped over Gilbird that he stopped his pacing and heaved a great sigh. What was there to be nervous about? It would be awesome! Great, even, and they would be friends and compare Pokemon, and get new Pokemon, and everything would be fine.
A tug on his trousers drew him out of his thoughts, and he looked down to see Gilbird looking up at him in concern, feathers all fluffed out. Gilbert grinned and bent down, picking up the Torchic and cuddling him close to his chest.
"Yeah! I'm being silly, I know. It'll go great, she's nice, and you'll make some new Pokemon friends with her partners. Awesome, huh?"
Gilbird chirped his agreement, and Gilbert nodded. Right. Awesome. He just had to hope he didn't dork it all up with his terrible foot in mouth syndrome. He always ended up saying the wrong things at the wrong times, especially when in person with people. He found that he made friends better over the phone or the internet. In person, ehhh, not so much...
He started to pace again, this time cuddling Gilbird
