Yet another New Year of Pokémon [Open log for Goldenrod]
Who: Anyone in Goldenrod who wants to drop in!
Where: The Breeding Centre house in Goldenrod.
When: January 1st, early evening
Summary: Celebrating the New Year with what few Japanese traditions that can be managed, along with a few games.
Rating: PG? PG13 at most...

[A good deal had happened in the past year for Hayate, be it people leaving, people showing up, people reappearing... Or just in regards to those he met here. Regardless of his own feelings of the past year, this was a day to break in the new one! Which is why he had invited everyone to come enjoy some of the traditional Japanese food that is the standard for the New Year!]
[Which is why there are two Hayate prepared osechi set out for everyone to enjoy in the living room where the TV is set to a sort of Pokemon comedy talk show, while off to the side a third one is still packed up by its lonesome, with a small note with "Arturia" on it. And for those who brave it, there is even some mochi and sake set aside as well.]
[The food aside, there is a fair amount of ways to entertain yourself after eating. There is the obvious karaoke machine handed down from generation to generation of Breeding House Denizens, the sparse board or card games lingering on the shelves, and if someone is brave enough... They could even try to be the King.]
[No matter what interest you decide to zone in on, the house butler will do his best to keep things in motion for you.]

He glances up at her. Is there a particular way he's supposed to drink this...?] It feels a little out of place, though. We wouldn't have held our New Year around this time, so it's hard to get into the celebratory mindset.
