I have to say after going through all this. I have a theory on something this regions don't stand for different countries but states. The states have some very odd rules about handing out info to each other

some of the info we had to go so far to get should be available in travel brochures. they have the internet, why do they know so little about each other?

It could be that communication is a limited, I'm thinking it's more of a government thing going on.With what they've been able to accomplish in technology.

Don't all governments love being the information police. This one is just on the more extreme end of things.

no, still not nearly as extreme as mine. though the information they hide here is stuff the Federation would never bother with.

With I found out the smallers bit of information lead to something much bigger.

but what could be big enough to account for the lack of communications between regions?

They may be trying to keep major secrets hidden away from each. There are a few things unique to each that might be worth keeping under locks.

like transportation technology or particularly rare species? guess theres always the risk of overhunting.

I would say the legendary pokémon fit into that particularly rare species category.

that would imply that they think those legendary Pokémon exist in the first place.

They do, a few had a run though Johto few months back.

really? I cant believe I missed that. what were they like?

you probably weren't here when they showed up then. The two times they've shown up is because of something Team rocket did.

The first one was Lugia, it was huge white bird and it cause some pretty shitty storms all over the place. The others were Raikou and Entei, they were giant dog like beasts. They were dashing across the country side.

I didn't catch sight of Lugia or Entei in person but I did have a run in with Raikou.

a bird and dogs? that sounds a little underwhelming. did that Raikou feel different from other Pokémon?

A bird that can cover quite a bit of the region in horrific storms is underwhelming.

Raikou, I would say is hundred times more dangerous than the average pokemon you can encounter. It took at most of my high power team before running off sounding like raging thunder and it didn't run off because I was beating it.

only the bird part. storms are suitably impressive for a legend.
sounds like the sort of Pokémon you wouldnt want to meet far from a city. how long did it take before it ran?

It took only a few minutes to go through my five of my team before it left.

ouch. didnt have anything with a type advantage?

Type advantage moves didn't effect it, just ticked it off. If it was fighting something with a type advantage and they were on the same level of power that might be a different sorry.

It was an electric type by the way.

so even Ground-types couldnt help, then. what types are the other two?

Entei was a fire type, lugia was psychic and flying.

really? when you mentioned storms, I thought itd be Electric or Water along with Flying.

Nope, it's control over storms that might be it's special ability.

if it can cause them, I wonder if it can calm them too?

That would explain what the storms stopped so suddenly.

itd get pretty bad if it had one power and not the other.

already shared a good part of what I found with everyone. found a few more details, but I need to investigate them a little more.

Well, I got something. Can't really claim juicyness, but it's an interesting tidbit. I'll share it around.

The thing about the teams? I would say it's interesting. Two criminally organizations in just one place.

The reverse having Team Rocket involved int Kanto and Johto.

Maybe their area is just more desirable, compared to Kanto and Johto.

Could be or they're probably have rival goals considering the names.
