[Ooooh the look Jack got was disheartened, if briefly. Really, Sandy was used to it. But Jack had always been different from the other guardians, more able to understand than the rest. Usually.

Sandy was still in too good a mood to let that stop him, so just smiled brightly again and held out an arm, letting one of the small pidgey's land. He stroked a gentle hand over feathers and the arrows spun in the same sequence again, though slower.
