Insert cheesy 90's sitcom theme here.

Who: Demyx [personal profile] melodicnocturne and Ellis [personal profile] thisonetime_withkeith
Where: Ecruteak City
When: June 4th
Summary: Ellis, Demyx, a shower, and a wall collision glitch are the perfect recipe for shenanigans.
Rating: PG-13
Log: It had been a weird month to start off with. Something about the whole situation, more than just the dimensional shenanigans, more than the unimaginable number of bizarre glitches popping up everywhere, was off. He had the odd feeling of being on auto-pilot the whole month. Like he was just going through the motions and occupying space, even when he was playing music for a crowd. Even with the chaos going on around him it was difficult to feel a part of the situation, of any situation really. The day had seemed to be mostly peaceful though with little in the way of glitches for once in what felt like forever already. Demyx and his partners in crime had called it a day and gone back to the hotel he and his two human companions were staying in. The blond wanted to put some effort into stirring himself from the funk by composing some new singles.

That's what he kept giving the best effort towards at least. In reality it amounted to some awkward strumming and restless pacing around the room when he couldn't put anything to pen. Time was starting to stretch for him, another sign that he was failing to feel connected to himself. He half worried that it was some part of the unbelievable glitches surrounding their lives. Something had to be done.

Something had to wake him up.

Ellis, meanwhile, was pretty carefree like always. Sure some of the glitches were pretty weird and maybe even a little inconvenient, but hey, it beat zombies by a long shot! So he could ignore all the weird things going on in favor of working and training and having fun. But after a long, hard day, it was time to unwind. A nice, hot shower was just the way to go about that, so once he was back in his hotel room, he cranked up the warm water, undressed and set to soaking in the hot stream of water coming from the shower head.

His room was close enough to Demyx's that he could hear the faint sound of the occasional strum coming from his room. It was weird, usually Demyx played a lot smoother than that. Ah well, maybe he'd ask about it later! For now, he was just going to focus on his shower.
