Insert cheesy 90's sitcom theme here.
Who: Demyx
melodicnocturne and Ellis
thisonetime_withkeith
Where: Ecruteak City
When: June 4th
Summary: Ellis, Demyx, a shower, and a wall collision glitch are the perfect recipe for shenanigans.
Rating: PG-13
Log: It had been a weird month to start off with. Something about the whole situation, more than just the dimensional shenanigans, more than the unimaginable number of bizarre glitches popping up everywhere, was off. He had the odd feeling of being on auto-pilot the whole month. Like he was just going through the motions and occupying space, even when he was playing music for a crowd. Even with the chaos going on around him it was difficult to feel a part of the situation, of any situation really. The day had seemed to be mostly peaceful though with little in the way of glitches for once in what felt like forever already. Demyx and his partners in crime had called it a day and gone back to the hotel he and his two human companions were staying in. The blond wanted to put some effort into stirring himself from the funk by composing some new singles.
That's what he kept giving the best effort towards at least. In reality it amounted to some awkward strumming and restless pacing around the room when he couldn't put anything to pen. Time was starting to stretch for him, another sign that he was failing to feel connected to himself. He half worried that it was some part of the unbelievable glitches surrounding their lives. Something had to be done.
Something had to wake him up.

His room was close enough to Demyx's that he could hear the faint sound of the occasional strum coming from his room. It was weird, usually Demyx played a lot smoother than that. Ah well, maybe he'd ask about it later! For now, he was just going to focus on his shower.

The lanky blond turned on his heel, expecting to keep his pace and continue on pacing about. Instead, however, he quickly found himself losing footing and tripping over himself. Worse, he kept tripping over his feet straight in the direction of the wall separating his room and Ellis'. The blond lost his footing entirely just as he was about to hit the wall and plummeted down like the lanky tree of a man he was. It was at this precise moment that the wall itself decided to glitch, going momentarily nonexistent just in time for Demyx to phase through head-first and plow into the next room with no idea where, and whom, lay smack in front of him at that time.
