Who: Niou and Ikuto
Where: Goldenrod Rocket Base
When: July 16 (backdated)
Summary: Niou gets a few tips on being a bad guy.
Rating: G
[It's not like Niou's exactly inexperienced with mischief making. After all, that's kind of his signature thing back home, playing pranks, getting in trouble, generally pissing people off. He's good at it — expert, if he does say so himself — but even he knows that in an organization like the Rockets, it's not a good idea to stick his neck out and be the lone wolf. Besides, the things he's got experience with are more the (mostly) harmless-but-annoying types of pranks. Sure, a lot of those skills lend themselves well to being drafted into an evil organization, but not all of them. Of course, that's nothing he can't fix with a little practice.
Luckily for him, he's even met someone who seems not only willing to help out with brushing up on his evil minion skills, but actually somewhat competent as an evil-doer. Good may be dumb, but apparently so is a lot of evil, and the two requirements haven't been so easy to find intersecting. As long as he's got someone around who'll be helpful, Niou's got every intention of taking advantage of it, and he's waiting for Ikuto in his room at the Rocket Base with all the tools of their nefarious trade spread out around him in preparation.
Even his Zorua's illusioned herself a little domino mask for the occasion.]

sorry for the delay
There wasn't really anything he needed to bring along. He didn't really need any tools for his actions, which made it easy for him to move around and do whatever when he needed. That was a useful skill wasn't it? Though if he needed to attack someone, he had Pokémon willing to help. Like his Liepard, who was following his trainer even now.
Ikuto finally got to Niou's room and knocked the door.]
ditto!
[Opening the door and giving someone a proper greeting would've been the polite thing to do, so of course Niou's not going to bother with it. Instead, he lifts his hand in a lazy wave as the door swings open and pastes on his best smirk. Gotta make the right kind of first impression, after all, and for Niou, that's all about seeming like the problem child with a chip on his shoulder.]
Nice to finally meet you in person, Teach.

Same to you. [This is probably the first time he's seen what the kid even looks like.] Looks like you're prepared.

[He's not going to mention that most of the stuff he's accumulated for his own uses instead of for any legitimate Rocket business. If someone's been leaving tricks around the base whenever he stops by, well, that's not something that anyone else needs to know until they walk into one.]
So, what's on the table for today?

I was thinking either learning of the best escape routes or just general methods of stealing... unless there was something in your mind.

[Niou pushes himself to his feet and picks up a few odds and ends from the assortment laid out on his bed: a little ball of twine, a couple nuts and bolts, and a roll of double sided tape.]
No reason we can't do both, talk while we walk, right?

[Two lessons in one is efficient enough.]
Let's go, then.
