Summary: Sasuke gets a birthday party whether he wants one or not. Lucky for him, he has friends (in spite of his best efforts) who'll plan one.
Rating: G? PG for violence

[ooc; general mingle log for Blackthorn City/Sasuke's birthday. Most of it will probably take place at the hotsprings itself, though like the 'who' says, it's completely open to anyone just walking by and wondering what the big deal is, or someone who's already there and then has their pleasant soak interrupted by a bunch of dumb ninjas.]

I was informed of your presence here, but I have yet to actually see you. [ oops. ] My apologies for not being so... forthcoming. I've been mostly studying and catching pokémon, so I've been spending more than a reasonable amount of time with myself.

['A reasonable jonin' was one of many accurate descriptors of him, yes. It was something of a specialty and why he had made jonin before the rest of the Konoha 11.

He shakes his head dismissively.] I see no reason for apology, Lady Hokage. If you're willing to share your findings, however, perhaps you could share what your studying has provided so far?

Well, it depends on what you wish to know? This place seems to not recognize us for who we actually are. You see how I look here, right? [ fucking old. ] They thought I was ten years old back in New Bark, but they seem to recognize me whenever I'm at any other place. Additionally, everyone gets the same exact mom with little variance. I'd say we're in a genjutsu, but the lack of any chakra makes that impossible, and, even then, there's no way we could all be here at the different time points we all claim to be from.

[While he was somewhat ambivalent on the matter of concealing his death, he had promised Sakura to allow her to dictate at least partially how Naruto would know. Furthermore, a birthday party even for someone he disliked was no place for such an announcement to his comrades at large. A hokage, however, would find use for the information he was sure.]

Boy, I sure am going to love playing twenty questions with myself all night wondering what happened. I know everything up to the revival of Madara. Is it covered there? [ Probably not.

Still, there is some relief that Neji hasn't confirmed her death. She's starting to think it's more and more likely she's alive. ]
