Who: open to literally anyone in Blackthorn City who wanders into the ninja party + friends
Where: Blackthorn City (mainly hotsprings but also anywhere)
When: July 23rd
Summary: Sasuke gets a birthday party whether he wants one or not. Lucky for him, he has friends (in spite of his best efforts) who'll plan one.
Rating: G? PG for violence

[ooc; general mingle log for Blackthorn City/Sasuke's birthday. Most of it will probably take place at the hotsprings itself, though like the 'who' says, it's completely open to anyone just walking by and wondering what the big deal is, or someone who's already there and then has their pleasant soak interrupted by a bunch of dumb ninjas.]

[A sigh, because apparently the Eevee isn't going to lead him to the trainer. Rather than doing anything about it he figures that the trainer in question will eventually come looking, and in the mean time he can just pet the Eevee gently, occasionally scratching behind her ears and under her chin. She seems friendly enough at least, so whoever her trainer is probably takes good care of her...

Of course, that means jealous Purrloin, who huffs at Eevee before pointedly resting her paws on Sasuke's head before starting to knead - without claws, for now.]

[...Well fine then, if he doesn't want to hold a conversation, he shouldn't ask her a question, should he? Not that she actually minds after a moment or two, because the whole ear scratching thing is nice and relaxing.

She's well taken care of--she's pretty sure, anyway--but petting is not something she gets an excessive amount of. She often has to pet herself to get him to give her any kind of attention like that.

She gives a contented sort of "Vee~" and plops her chin down against his shoulder, occasionally tilting her head into the ear scratching.]

[He's murmuring a little, finding himself lulled just slightly by the hot water and the warmth of the two pokémon on him. If he's not careful he'll fall asleep, and that won't be good; as nice as the water is, he doesn't want to pass out in it.

He has to wonder just who the trainer of the Eevee is though...]

[As long as she's given a place to cuddle up to someone and attention that's probably not going to happen. The looking for her trainer thing. It probably wouldn't anyway, because she seems to have a wanderlust bug he should keep an eye on.

Said trainer is not in sight, because of either the aforementioned troublesome pokemon or...far more likely, he's taken one of the ninja aside for a private conversation. He'll get back around to project rain on Sasuke's birthday party soon, certainly.

For the moment, the Eevee will attempt to juggle a form of purring with napping. She's yet to figure out if this is possible.]
