Thank you for flying Air Talim

Who: Talim ([personal profile] colorsofthewind) and Souji ([personal profile] the_tv_is_a_lie)
Where: New Bark Town, or the outskirts thereof.
When: Backdated to 9/15
Summary: Souji needs a ride. Talim comes to pick him up.
Rating: G
Log:

[ Talim was never one to turn down helping someone out, and while she hadn't been close to Souji on his previous stay, she knew enough about him to gladly give him a hand if he asked. Or wing, as the case may be.

Ironhide would have refused to make the tip with her, so she didn't even bother to ask. She just told him where she was going and why, and asked him to please not go anywhere until she and Souji returned to Mahogany. The big man was agreeable enough, at least what passed for agreeable for Ironhide, since it meant he wouldn't have to be flying anywhere.

Alun always made good time when it counted, and a few days later, the Priestess and her Pidgeot could be found circling the New Bark area, trying to keep an eye out for their new passenger. He said he was around here somewhere. ]

[Incidentally, he'd been spending a sizable amount of his time getting used to ordering the static-riddled sheep that'd been chosen as his starter. Growing slowly would be the best way to put it, but at least the critter was receptive to his commands. It was a learning experience overall, one he'd chosen to throw himself into -- Saber did mention that if he were to take his business back as he was, it'd just plain end terribly. He himself wasn't afraid to admit he was still pretty fresh to the way things worked.

Nevertheless, before long, he notices an unnatural shadow being cast over him for all of a few seconds as he weakens one hapless Pidgey enough to capture it. That must've been her -- talk about good timing. He hadn't gone very far into Route 29, so if she stayed low enough, it wouldn't be easy to mistake his gray head of hair and the energetic little sheep that was next to him for anything else.]
