[ Talim was never one to turn down helping someone out, and while she hadn't been close to Souji on his previous stay, she knew enough about him to gladly give him a hand if he asked. Or wing, as the case may be.

Ironhide would have refused to make the tip with her, so she didn't even bother to ask. She just told him where she was going and why, and asked him to please not go anywhere until she and Souji returned to Mahogany. The big man was agreeable enough, at least what passed for agreeable for Ironhide, since it meant he wouldn't have to be flying anywhere.

Alun always made good time when it counted, and a few days later, the Priestess and her Pidgeot could be found circling the New Bark area, trying to keep an eye out for their new passenger. He said he was around here somewhere. ]

[Lovely, a partner that would be able to help him grind his poor Pokemon up. Unsurprising, but handy nevertheless. When she points out the book, he blinks for a moment. Ah, right, there was that, wasn't there?]

I don't know where I'd be without my team. [ It's a relatively small one, especially considering she's been here so long, but she's close to each of them. ]

Alun is actually the first pokémon I ever caught, though he certainly didn't give me an easy time of it. Isn't that right? [ The Pidgeot gives a cry of affirmation, looking a little proud. ]

[He laughs a little at that, petting the bird pokemon on its head with a faint smile.] I can see that it was worth the trouble, at least. He looks strong.

Mm. Most of my team has been with me since very early on. After all this time, I only have eleven pokémon. I know some people have accumulated a small army of them by now.

I'm not sure how that's a bad thing. If they had a small army, it'd be hard to feed them all, wouldn't it?

You can actually only keep six on you at a time. The rest are stored on a... PC. [ All this time and she's still not sure how that works.

Though speaking off food, she fishes some out of her pack, as well of a small dish that she fills with water, and sets it out for Alun. The Pidgeot quickly ignores them in favor of food. It's been a long flight. ]

Do you have any idea what other sorts of pokémon you're hoping to acquire while you're here?
