[Ishimaru just laughs a bit at that before crouching down to deal with that box again, folding the paper he'd set aside and laying it in it, along with that sprig of greenery. He picks up the whole shebang afterwards; he's still smiling a bit.]

[And with that, she unceremoniously shoves a box wrapped in shiny green paper at him.]

[He kind of tilts his head at her a little before accepting the box; he hadn't been sure what to do with the first set of things, so receiving something else is a bit surprising.]

[He's unwrapping it, though, even if he takes a bit too long fiddling with the paper before he moves to do it.

[And with that further clarification, she just kind of waits expectantly, because amidst all this cognitive gear-turning, she still hasn't actually been able to pick up a gauge as to whether or not he actually likes it.]

...Well, at least until she remembers that Alice White is supposed to be a vegetarian too, but that is a problem for another day and a person who is not Ishimaru, because she's Parker and Aneki around Ishimaru, not Alice.
