December 25th - 26th
Sitting out beside him are quite a few presents. The wrapping job is... pretty bad, actually, but he tried! Each present has a name tag on it and should you approach, you'll be getting yours before you get your food. Have fun with that.
If he doesn't see you on the 25th for some reason, Mondo can be found around the house on the 26th with the remaining presents. He's just as eager to hand them out as he was yesterday; clearly Christmas isn't over until all the presents have been delivered!]
Re: December 25th
salvaged out of thrown out cloththoughtfully tied up and it seems to be full with... something. Normally, Saionji definitely isn't one to do the whole 'presents' thing but she probably owes Oowada and Ishimaru something and hell she'll just... get money back. Somehow. Breaking into a shop can't be that hard right--ANYWAY THE POINT IS she leaves the brown furoshiki bag on the counter, steals a bit of the cookies, and tries to creep out without being noticed. The bag has the words '
happymerry christmas!!! to big bro oowada' and it contains a- very impulsively bought- Blitzle egg, with soft feathers and sorts stuffed into it. How'd she get those feathers? Uh, well, the city turns out many different things. Shush.]no subject
Hey, Saionji! You want anything for breakfast?
[He pauses to search through the gifts for a... very strangely-wrapped one. It's an oval shape with far too much tape keeping the wrapping job together and a shiny bow stuck on top. It's very obviously a Pokémon egg. There's also a card taped to the side; hope you like glitter, Saionji, because there's a lot of it!]
I got you something! Hopefully it'll be useful-- ah, what's this?
[Mondo finally notices the new addition on the table and arches an eyebrow. He turns it around to see the label and lights up immediately.]
You didn't have to get me anything!
[...He says, as he opens the bag...
The egg inside isn't a familiar one, but he recognizes it as a Pokémon egg and his grin widens.]
You really didn't have to get me an egg! But holy shit, I've been meaning to start training something new, so this's perfect! Thank you so much, Saionji!
[But that's just made him even more determined to hand over the badly-wrapped egg. He pushes it towards her. She might not recognize the egg on sight, but it's an Eevee egg. Everyone else in the house has an Eevee that wears their clothes, so it's only natural that Saionji gets one as well! Unfortunately he didn't have time to get the clothes made (and Togami would probably do a better job anyway, so he'll just pester him later), but hopefully by the time that Eevee hatches it'll have a cute little outfit that matches Saionji's!
The card also has a small gift in it - 20,000 of this world's currency! Mondo works pretty frequently and battles even more often, so he's got plenty of money to spare and he figures she could use it more. Besides, she can spend it on a stone for her new Eevee!]

Good morning, Oowada-kun!

[ Did you know that the Eevees love the Christmas tree? Because they really love the thing. It's new, exciting and it's full of shiny things that are just begging to get torn off of the branches. Naegi's frequently stepping in to gently remove the furry little creatures trying to climb to the top of the tree and putting decorations back. The tree is basically this with Eevees. Feel free to help him in his endeavor to save the tree from falling over... or you can just watch and laugh, whatever floats your boat.
Alternatively, you can find him sitting on the couch reading a book titled The Man with the Golden Remoraid while drinking hot chocolate. ]
( Option B - December 31/January 1 )
[ Starting the new year without ringing out the old one doesn't really seem right, and with the distinct lack of temples in the area Naegi's decided to try a different approach by having his Bronzong do the ringing for them. It's not really the traditional way to do it but it's the symbolism that counts, right? A Bronzong's body is hollow, though, so during the evening he prepares for the ringing by attaching a makeshift clapper to the inside of the Pokémon so it can strike the sound bow.
When the clock begins to approach midnight, the jangling sound of a bell can be heard throughout the house as the Bronzong begins to swing back and forth. As the old year fades out and the new year comes in, the Pokémon rings exactly 108 times. ]
A
What. Is this what the egg is gonna hatch into.]
Big Bro Naegi! What are you doing? [Of course she knows what he's doing. But she creeps up as close to him as possible, hopefully without him noticing, and pops out of nowhere in an attempt to surprise him.]

Ah, Naegi-kun! Hopefully they aren't being too much of a nuisance -

[Well, since Ishimaru is apparently Not Allowed To Work for the next week due to Christmas actually being a thing, he's a bit more keyed-up than usual; at least he's not going total Fun Police on everyone, but he will be attempting to take down any mistletoe he sees around this area because damn it, we are not doing this. Clearly even just platonically kissing our friends can only lead to inappropriate behavior, and that will lead to chaos, and that will lead to anarchy and an utter breakdown of social order, and that will lead to everyone getting bad grades.
Or something.
Whatever his justification is, however, he is either directly ensuring that no one is getting kissed this season or he's just kind of facepalming at the fact that this house is a fire hazard because Parker, why; at least he's not directly being a killjoy, but still. Kid could use a distraction; feel free to grab him.]
[OPTION B - ALL WEEK, PRETTY MUCH, INCLUDING THE 25TH IF YOU WANT HIM NOT BEING FINICKY]
[...okay, so if he's not absolutely killing everyone else's fun, he's actually going to try to have some himself, because he's been told this is a good thing; as such, he can be found in the lounge more often than not, racking up a set of billiards balls for the sake of playing pool. Because he can relax, it's just a reasonably rare thing.
He's not in his school uniform for once; rather, he seems to have actually gotten some presentable clothes for himself (read: ones that he hasn't bought for work and/or don't make him accidentally look like some sort of punk). The pants are dark and admittedly still on the tight side; at least they're somewhat obscured by the coat, though, which is long and black and double-breasted and actually fits him properly, and while that red scarf is as present as ever on colder days, it's tucked into the inside collar of the coat in a way that's surprisingly classy for someone who has no idea how to fashion.
That said, though, his focus is on the pool table; he's not a bad shot, if anyone's up for playing.]
A
[Judging from Mondo's tone though, he's teasing. He's got something behind his back but he doesn't seem interested in revealing just what it is at the moment.]
C'mon, leave some of 'em up! Someone went to all the trouble of putting 'em up all around the house!
[He's still not sure who that was. Parker helped him take down some of them earlier in the week, but it's like they've sprouted up overnight or something.
...Speaking of unfortunately placed mistletoe, there may or may not be some right above Mondo's head. How convenient.]

B- 25th December
The point is, she's got a furoshiki bag in her hands, and it's full of a certain Pokémon egg. The insides are padded warmly and soft, so when she sets the bag right behind Ishimaru, near the pool table. On it is a sticky note she got (most likely from breaking into someone's room) and pasted on, with the words 'merry christmas big bro ishimaru!' on it. Said egg is a Shroomish egg- hey, there was a Holiday deal, and it might be a good match, alright?
...In any case. The Shroomish egg from the Breeding Center now lies in his possession, and she tries to sneak away without being seen.]

or choose your own adventure if need be
[ While Nanami pays zero attention to the shifting decorations and therefore is liable to pass under everything without much care or pause (someone is putting up mistletoe and someone is pulling it down? it's just as well she rarely bothers to glance up, these days, or she might get confused) she's actually pretty festive for the day (and, admittedly, most of the week). In addition to light-up antlers that could probably be easily traced back to "Alice", she's acquired a Christmas sweater of the bright and overlarge variety, which helps with the cold.
She's mostly going to spend the day attempting to help set up whatever needs setting up in the morning, and otherwise being excited about Christmas. It's pretty exciting, since she's never really had cause to celebrate it before, herself, and hey, it's a party where it's almost certain there won't be a murder! Probably.
Either way, Nanami and her Munna will be wandering around, checking on people or otherwise just enjoying themselves. At some point she'll locate candy canes and unwrap one for her partner and herself. Hopefully Pokemon can eat candy canes. Unshockingly, Nanami can also be found playing her gear games at times, Kirby the Munna dozing nearby. She also has a six-in-one board game set after presents, though, and will be trying to get people to play something or another with her. Spare a moment for chess, chinese checkers, mancala, or one of her other options? ]
[ december 26th/31st ]
[ Most of this period will be spent attempting to put some new skills into practice - namely, Nanami can be found attempting to knit...something? It's probably a scarf. She's not very adept at it, and refers to her gear (...recorded lessons?) every so often. These attempts are of course punctuated by gaming sessions, but they take place in the same general area - on the left side of the couch that transforms into a bed at night. It is apparently Her Spot or where she tends to gravitate to, anyway. ]
[ december 31st/january 1st ]
[ One of the main things Nanami has gathered as being Important about New Year's celebrations (beyond possible explanations of temple visits, listened to with vague bemusement and possible remarks about weird game events) is that staying up for the year change is absolutely imperative. This was imparted to her by someone at her part-time job and she's trying her best!
It...might work out better if she'd actually slept more last night, though, but with all the new games people got her...
...
She's just dozing off while standing up, apparently, although Nanami keeps waking up a little and trying to keep up as midnight draws ever nearer. ]
[ the rest of the week ]
[ Nanami will be around for the most part, since she's not actually working during Holiday Week (which consists of Christmas, New Year's, and at least two birthdays). Mostly because hey parties, although since she seems to be mostly content to find a chair in a warmish location and play games on her gear, maybe she needs some pointers on how one is supposed to actually party. She's more than willing to be pulled along into any sort of activity that other people seem to be doing, at least, although that's not too strange for Nanami.
She'll also have her six-in-one board game set on her in case anyone feels up to a rousing match of chinese checkers or something. Nanami also does actually have birthday presents for the birthday boys, although one is a lot more last minute than the other for obvious reasons. ]
December 25th
destroying what could be amiable relationshipsjust getting to know everyone. Of course, when she sees Nanami, she already knows her. Still, though.]Big Sis Nanami! What are you doing? You're being so quiet, if you disappeared no one would know! Teehee... [...Okay, at least, she seems in a better mood than during the video call, and especially much better than right after finding out what her 'Merry Christmas' present from Santa was.] Are those chess boards?
[Saionji only knows how to play Shogi. Have fun.]

[If you're looking for Celes (for...some reason only known to yourself, obviously), you're in luck! She's seated herself in one of the chairs in the lounge, calmly sipping from a rather ornate teacup with her legs crossed at the knee. Beside her is possibly the most pretentious looking Ninetales in existance, but to her credit, she is rather beautiful (if her trainer doesn't say so herself!). She's got a lacey black ribbon tied around her neck in a neat bow, and couldn't be giving off bigger 'ugh don't even look at me you're unworthy' vibes if she tried. Who could she have learned that from? It is a mystery.
Celes won't mind if you interrupt her - she might even have a present for you. Maybe. At the moment, she's happy to do her 'stay outside of the main conversation and listen' thing. Besides, this tea is rather good. Her Gothorita has learned so fast...]
[DECEMBER 26th - JANUARY 3RD]
[As per usual, Celes can be found in a number of locations around the house:
a) MASTER BEDROOM - do you dare enter? Well, she may allow it; but only if you knock first (especially you, Kirigiri!). If you need to find Celes, chances are she'll be in here.
b) YARD - she doesn't like to make a habit of playing around in the garden (ew), but if you're outside and happen to spot her, she'll actually be training her Pokemon. Winning the Plain Badge seems to have given her a bit of thirst for battle and she'd getting rather enthusiastic about it.
...
...on second thought, maybe it's safer to find her in:
c) THE LOUNGE - where she will be quietly reading from what looks to be a book on Pokemon battling strategies. She'll be rather focused on her reading material, so any interruptions may not be overly appreciated. If she really didn't want to be interrupted, however, she'd stay in the Master Bedroom, so she likely won't be too upset. Maybe.]
b) 26th December READY TO GET SWEEPED
Of course, Ayani forces herself out of her Pokéball and tails her. Again. By now, Saionji's getting used to it.
When she arrives, she hears sounds of life, that someone else is in the area. She's still suffering from illusions of grandeur about her Ayani being able to tear everyone apart- perhaps Celes could slap a bit of sense into her. Not-so-kindly.]

[Deck the halls for it is CHRISTMAS and it is time to PARTAY like the class of 78!
For starters though, Leon's got some presents for his classmates and the newcomers. Leon will spend most of the morning (because Christmas is one of the few days worth waking up early for) hunting down every inhabitant of the household; that includes the Dangans (1 & 2) + Parker and Shaun to give them presents. In the spirit of things he's even sporting a Santa hat, though he draws the line at the coat and white beard.
At any rate though, Dangans from the senior class will be greeted with an additional question before Leon bequeaths you your Christmas present. The boys will find one arm wrapped around their shoulders as Leon drapes himself around his male classmate, wearing a cocky grin on his face. The girls will be approached in a much more respectful manner, just a simple wave to call them over, and Leon will just leave Celes's present outside her door because he doesn't want his Christmas day ruined, thanks. But to the rest of his fortunate classmates, Leon will very loudly, and unabashedly, say:
Happy Christmas! Did you get me somethin'? You better, or you're not gettin' your present. And it'd better be awesome!
[He's mostly joking, but some part of him will be disappointed if anyone gives him lame gifts.]
December 26th
[Whoops someone had too much alcohol yesterday night. Whether it's slumped on the bathroom floor, hanging over a couch, or moaning at the breakfast table with a killer hangover, Leon's definitely partied way too hard the previous night.]

THIS IS PROBABLY MORE PHYSICAL CONTACT THAT HE HAS HAD WITH A NON-MONDO-OR-ALICE-PERSON THAT HE HAS HAD IN QUITE SOME TIME GOOD LORD - ]
Ah, Kuwata-kun!
[Leon probably found him near that pool table; let him just...kind of put more chalk on the stick like he's totally calm and composed and didn't just nearly jump out of his skin.]
Of course I got you something, though I can't vouch for how supposedly awesome it may or may not be!

[As tends to be the case with parties and big-ass shindigs, Kirigiri is fairly difficult to find on Christmas. Part of this is because the house is stuffed full of more high-school students than could possibly be considered decent or righteous; part of it is because Kirigiri is just good at slipping away from the festivities when they get to be too much for her, which is frequently. It also helps that she's scoured this house from top to bottom several times over and knows all the good hiding places by now — she lives here, after all.
However, people looking for her are likely to spot her in one of three places: either camped out in the little library/study with a pair of Eevees (one of which is technically a bright green and sparkling Espeon, the other of which is wearing a purple jacket, skirt, and little fitted gloves); sneaking food from the supply waiting in the kitchen; or out in the backyard, bundled up in her many scarves (yet still wearing the skirt as opposed to sensible pants, dammit Kirigiri) and enjoying the relative peace and quiet.]
[Option B — December 26 - January 3]
[For the rest of the week, Kirigiri will be...actually slightly easier to spot around the house, given that she tends to hang out in a few given places, and things are much quieter once the madness of Christmas has begun to settle down. On New Year's, she'll be dressed up for the occasion, eating mochi, and staying up until sunrise; otherwise, you might find her reading in the study, poking around in the attic, or possibly even trying her hand at cooking in the kitchen, with modest but undeniable success.]
[Option C — Wild Card]
[TAGGER'S CHOICE! Set something up and let's roll! o/]
December 25
I mean, which girl wouldn't like a cute Spaghetti Strap Blouse, with a short skirt and some nice pumps to round up the outfit? Sure it's a little Summer-ish but she can always save it till then!
It's Kuweevee who sets him on the path to finding her; the Eevee jumps off Leon's shoulder and makes a bee-line to the library, pawing at the door to grab his trainer's attention. Pushing it open a tad to check, a relieved grin appears on Leon's face when he catches sight of the elusive sleuth. Leon opens the door fully to let himself in, greeting her loudly and cheerfully despite his previous ire at how fucking hard it was to find her.]
Yo Kirigiri-san! Why the hell are you here in the library huh? You're missin' all the fun! Ishimaru's throwin' a fit tryin' to take down all a'the mistletoe, an' Nanami-san's set up some games for us to play, "Something-Party". You shouldn't coop yourself up here by yourself!

[Hagakure can be found all around the house today, handing out presents, chatting with classmates, and trying to keep his Pokemon in line. Suzu the Chingling is being especially mischievous, as she's posing as mistletoe and jumping over unsuspecting victims' heads. So Hagakure will be running around and trying to catch her- completely in vain of course.
Also his hair is inexplicably decorated like a Christmas tree. Yeah, that's a thing.]
[December 26th - 30th]
[This is pretty much a wild card option. Hagakure tends to hang out in his room, practicing his fortune-telling or he sometimes goes out to actually train his Pokemon a little.]
[December 31st]
[Today, Hagakure's giving out those free New Year's fortunes he promised on Christmas. So if anyone wants one from him, all they have to do is come up to his room or bug him if they find him meandering around the house. He'll be happy to let you know what to expect in the coming year!]
[January 3rd]
[It's Kuwata-chi's birthday! Hagakure certainly didn't forget after Leon revealed his birthday during his reading, so he's got a modest party set up (perhaps with the help of Nanami?) in the lounge for Leon when he returns from his daily training. He let all the others know about it too, so hopefully they're around as well when Leon returns to make the, "SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" all that more of an impact. There's cake, pizza, and booze (but don't tell Ishimaru-chi).
Maybe this is a good chance for everyone to try out that party game Nanami got them for Christmas?]
