White chocolate is so much better! Dark chocolate too, I guess. Either have enough cacao solids or none at all!
If made well, it's creamy, melt-in-the-mouth, like real chocolate, but better. Nothing like the chunky, sugary abominations mass-produced in plastic wrappers.
