Who: Joker, Snake, and Doll

When: March 7th, sometime in the late afternoon/evening
Summary: It's high time for a reunion.

It's a good thing they're all used to traveling long distances, or in a hurry, or both. The last few days have passed by in a blur for Joker, with only flickers of clear moments like talking to Rose or wiring money to Doll's account.
That doesn't make the journey any less tiring, however, and Joker stifles a yawn as best he can. They've slowed down the pace for just a moment, since not even impressive Pokemon like Rapidash and Zebstrika can go all the way. Wrinkling his nose, he tries to wake himself up.
"We outta be gettin' close sometime soon, yeah?" Route 30... That's right to Cherrygrove. With only Ruby's flickering flames as light, he tries to raise himself a little to see further down the route. "I wonder when we'll see her? She has Boom with 'er, so she can't be too far off." Unless something bad happened, but he's refusing to let himself think about that.

"Keep goin', Boom." she urges the Zebstrika, petting his ears, "I know itsa long way, but it'll be worth it. I know it."
They are almost there according to the map on her PokéGear. She looks ahead of them, hoping and praying she will see either the silhouette of Joker or Snake any minute.
