Catch-all party post for Tenten! She's got so much money these days that she just rented the closest thing to an onsen-and-ryokan she could find. I'll be throwing up different areas and turning comments off, so feel free to thread amongst yourselves. It's a party post, you guys know how to do the thing. Also feel free to assume that Tenten would have made arrangements around March 3rd, and worked to try to get flyers to Fly people in if necessary.

ALSO IT'S GOING TO END UP THUNDERSTORMING (thanks, weather); everyone is invited to sleep over. There will be a thread for inside shenanigans, too.

A quiet giggle from behind a folding screen is the only warning before a small, heavy down pillow hurls across the room, aimed for John's head.]

[She's definitely not ready for it. In fact, she'd just taken advantage of the quiet to rest her head back against the rocks and close her eyes, meaning the water takes her by complete surprise.]

Ten-chan!

[Because obviously her first suspicion is going to be her troublesome little Marill. The same Marill that'll pop up right beside Sora to spray him with a stream of bubbles. Hello friend! She can splash things too!]

Huh...

[She bites back another giggle and rests back against the wall again.]

Well, it's a good kind of new, right? I mean, I could think of a lot worse things than a bunch of girls wandering around in swimsuits at a friend's birthday party, couldn't you?

[He gets a friendly punch to the arm for that, though she immediately brightens further at the mention of Utau.]

Is she here? Can I meet her, finally?

[...Right. Pony. Tenten sets her own pair down and reaches to take Applejack's hands, carefully manipulating her fingers into a closer approximation.]

There, see? Try it now!

[And while she's doing that, Tenten's just going to grab her own to reach and flip both pieces of meat over on the grill to make sure they cook properly.]

[Those giggles she's trying to hide behind her hand? Yeah, they're just getting more audible in spite of her best efforts.]

[Needless to say, if he hears the giggle he doesn't register it for what it actually is and takes the full brunt of the pillow-based attack straight to the head. BULLSEYE!]

[Though he doesn't look offended or anything. On the contrary, he's know doubly armed and grinning even wider as he looks around the room to try and locate the source of his feathery assailant.]

I quite literally could not possibly agree more. My original statement was not hyperbole.

At least we can fly up here whenever we want now.

[Resolutely not talking about the fact that apparently they could have to begin with.]

[ Must be all the excitement. Sakura's just more prone to sleep, maybe catching up still on all the sleep she's missed out before. Her demeanor is certainly more pleasant and less on edge. ]

[Who knew hot springs could feel so good?

Well, Rose did. But hey, it's been a while.

Anyone can easily find her floating in the water, eyes closed and almost looking like she's asleep. She's not, don't worry! She's just that relaxed. She's sporting a pretty cute pink bikini, themed after the female Frillish. Pretend you're surprised that she's matching her fiance. On her chest? One absolutely ecstatic Davy Jones. The Omanyte stays put where he is, but he splashes as if he's just discovered that slapping his little tentacles in the water makes noise and gets everything around him wet.]

[Rose is pretty boring tonight. All she's doing is sitting around, snuggling with an Omanyte (as well as keeping him occupied), and writing in a journal. Though she seems pretty distracted, she would never turn down a little socializing!]

[Riku snorts, grinning at the ridiculous mental image growing in his mind.]

Guess that's the next logical progression after being a pony and a human.

[Jade starts laughing when the Blastoise knocks Riku into the water.] That's sooooo mean. I don't think he was even ready to get in.

[She shuffles over to make sure Riku is okay, even if she is still giggling a bit. She can't help but find it funny. She's sorry for laughing at you.]

But what are the odds they've even got something good?</> C'mon, Sora. Almost all the music here's a bunch of sappy stuff about Pokémon.

[He sucks in a deep breath and cringes.]

Actually, you wouldn't want to do that at all!

[Jade is floating on her back, but she stops so she can sit next to Bertholt.] You see, it would be great if we could do that, but our bodies aren't meant to stay submerged in water. Our skin starts to deteriorate, which could leave to serious infections. Not a plus when your skin is already deteriorating.

Water pressure also lowers circulation to our extremities, so you'd probably start having trouble breathing, along with a lot of other issues.

While being in water for hours won't cause that, I wouldn't recommend forever. Or even a few days.

Easier to use? Since when?

[He flicks one of his wrists, fumbling the chopsticks between his fingers-- well, up until she readjusts them for him.]

Forks are easy. You just pick one up, stab the food with it, and bring it to your mouth. This takes dexterity.

[Still, he'll give it a shot, slowly reaching out for the nearest dumpling.]

[That is a giant mass of black hair making it's way over to Rose. Like a shark. She's totally gonna dunk Rose. SHE'S GONNA DO IT.

She's not John, but that doesn't mean Jade didn't get some mischievousness too! And Rose is right there for the picking. Sorry, Rose. It's all in good fun, right? Poor little Davy Jones.] Rose!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [And down they all go.]

[Jade is sporting a modest little galaxy swimsuit. She's never been in a hot spring before, but she finds that she really likes them! She's currently sitting at the edge, her Absol sitting near her. She leans her head back and Bec tilts his head forward to lick her face.

She giggles and then dunks her head under the water. Her hair is just a large black mass following her.]

[Jade is staring at the meat sizzling with wide eyes. What is Korean BBQ? How does one Korean BBQ? She's also not quite so great at the whole chopstick business. She looks kind of like a lost puppy.]

Heeeelp.... [She wants to eat all the meat, but how do you eat all the meat????]

[gardentrainer]

[She's seen pillow fights before! In the movies at least. They always happen during sleepovers, and this is definitely a sleepover!!!

So, John shouldn't be surprised when a pillow comes launching at his face. Jade knows John was totally thinking about it anyways. She'll beat him to the punch!] I got you! [It's gonna be a good night. At least, if you like pillows in your face.]

[Jade might be shuffling out to go watch the thunderstorm. She won't stray far! She just doesn't mind getting a little wet, either. Thunderstorms are fascinating to watch. She loves being around everyone, but she also kind of wants to enjoy the storm with a little less noise.

She'll be careful. And she won't stay out too long. Or she'll head back in when she gets too wet.]
